Great spot! We stayed for just 1 night but sad we couldn’t stay longer! It was perfectly placed between the train station and all the sights. Would very highly recommend especially if you have packed lightly because as the description says, this is on the top floor of a walk up building! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Lucia was lovely to deal with and the apartment was beautifully renovated and had an old world charm. Walkable to many restaurants and the colosseum. A great spot

Der Aufenthalt bei Silvia wirklich schön! Die Wohnung ist klein und unfassbar gemütlich. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist super, der Stadtteil ist nicht nur sehr beliebt unter den Römern, sondern sehr zentral und perfekt gelegen für einen Citytrip zu zweit oder alleine. Die Straße geht von einer Hauptstaße ab, dennoch sind Straße und Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ebenso befinden sich dort sehr schöne kleine Restaurants. Silvia reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten mit Tipps und Hinweisen - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Super friendly and accommodating host. Apartment building is a little bit confusing at first but very clean and easy to navigate once you get familiar with it. The apartment had everything you would need, and more. Air conditioning units in living space and in the bedroom. An assortment of books. We appreciated the added touch of memory foam pillows instead, of the ultra flat ones we’ve had everywhere else, full size bath sheets that are big enough to wrap around your body, and an umbrella in case you need it. A washing machine. Less than a 10 min walk to Colosseum and Forum, 15 min to Trevi Fountain. Quiet street yet close to lots of shops and nightlife. We would love to stay here again! We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Great place to stay right outside of the Colosseum. It was close to everything, yet off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle. Luigi was very responsive to questions and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for our 5 days in Rome. The location was great right next to the Metro station, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within a 3-minute walk. The location also worked as a great starting point for visiting the sites. Most everything we wanted to see was within a 10 to 20-minute walk. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We absolutely loved the terrace and spent a lot of time up there. It's tucked perfectly in the back of the building where the noise of the street fades away. While not a necessity, the smallest elevator I've ever seen was a nice bonus when dealing with luggage or large shopping runs. If I was coming back to Rome and this place was open I don't think I would even look at other listings and would just book this again.

Gabriela’s place was great and she was a brilliant host. Well located, quiet and actually felt bigger than the photos suggested. The small touches of the water, wine and snacks on arrival were a really nice touch. Gabriela was super responsive and helpful, and even gave recommendations for our first time in Rome. The Monti area is great, less touristy and a just good vibes! Thanks again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the place.

모든 관광지가 걸어서 30분컷입니다 버스정류장도 가깝고 집은 굉장히 청결했어요 마치 새집 같았습니다 모든 식기와 필요한것이 다 있었고 식기세척기가 너무 잘 돌아갔어요 건조기도 있습니다 약간의 문제가 있었지만 금방 해결해주었어요 소통이 매우 잘됩니다!

WE loved the Flat, very modern with a touch of old world charm. Excellent area with many restaurants to choose from and nicely tucked away from the crowds.. We would highly recommend staying here.

The place was exactly as described and had everything one could need. The inside was very nice and modern. It was less than 10 minutes away from the Colosseo and conveniently located close to most bus stations. Pietro was very responsive and helpful throughout all of the trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Simona was an excellent host and the space was perfect. Right in the heart of the city walkable to everything, but still tucked away to give peace and quiet when it was time to relax. Simona was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more it was perfect!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. 街区干净安全，楼下有家舒适的咖啡早餐店。坐公交8分钟就可以到主要景点。去火车站十分方便。 最重要的是Giacomo家里很漂亮，设施齐全。空调很好用这对夏天来说很重要。 有两个淋浴，对于玩到很晚的两个人来说十分方便，不必再等待洗澡。 房东沟通效率很高！把所有有用信息都给我了。下次来罗马还会住这里。推荐给所有来罗马的人！ ps：厨房和厕所望出去的景色非常好。

The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.
