Vacation rentals with a pool in Monte Santa Maria Tiberina

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Ronaldo and Patrizia are great hosts and wonderful people, Bamboo is the best companion. The place itself is full of magic. Beautiful views, wonderful nature, sunrise in your windows. Close to Arezzo with its amazing history and culture. Our stay here was more than holiday. It was like gaining equilibrium in life. And we also tasted the best ever olive oil made by Rolando! Our stay in Tuscany at Lorenzo’s estate was magical! Close to the gorgeous Anghiari, fresh pastry gifts from Lorenzo’s lovely mother every other day and magical firefly displays at night, the pool and wood fired hot tub were an especially nice touch, recommend and would stay again :)

What a great place to stay while visiting Tuscany. The home is a renovated medieval watchtower located up a dirt road, tucked on a hilltop overlooking the valley. Jacopo, the host, was so kind, hospitable and responsive during our 5-day visit. Would definitely recommend this place to explore Tuscana.

A fantastic place to stay! Diego is extremely welcoming and gave us great recommendations and local info. The house and garden are even more beautiful than the photos - everything well-equipped, all that we needed. We had the perfect, peaceful week and look forward to coming back!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We had a wonderful time staying here for five nights. The views are truly breathtaking. We also spent our first night taking part in a cooking class with our lovely hosts which was a true highlight of our trip. Enjoying the pool was an added bonus. You won't regret staying here!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We had a great stay in Francesca's agriturismo. beautiful place with breath taking views. the place was very clean and tidy and it had all we needed and much more. it was a good base for traveling the area. take a ride on the SP146 - you won't regret it! all in all this place is highly recommended! wish i would visit here again. Toscany is soo beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and the pool and terraces are stunning, with incredible views - even better than the pictures.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

We immediately fell in love with this property. Everything here makes up the image that can be made of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good there, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb swimming pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. We spend 10 days at Emanuele’s place. His wife and he were very nice to us and we felt like part of the family. Recommendation and insights about surrounding towns were top notch and we got to know authentic Tuscan cuisine and every one of them was amazing. The location itself is perfect to relax (pool) and bring the chaos of city life behind. We were also invited by our host to a typical Italian party and we felt very welcome and enjoyed great food and incredible company at the party. Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

We spent Easter here with our family and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet, and plenty of common areas. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a small issue with the hot water, but the house owner responded very quickly and solved everything within a few hours. I highly recommend this place - not only is it beautiful, but the support and communication with the host were excellent!

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfect for larger groups or families – everyone having their own bathroom was a real plus. It was very clean and well maintained, and the pool area was lovely and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped, and the property overall offers plenty of space to relax. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful – we spotted fireflies at night, heard owls, and even saw a porcupine! A true nature experience. We received great tips from the host’s father. Carlo and Giovanna were always very kind and helpful. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. The house is a great base for exploring the area, though you do need a car to reach most shops – the little store in Pari is charming but quite small. The road to the house is a bit bumpy, but manageable. All in all, a great place to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends. Thank you for everything!

The place felt like a corner of paradise on Earth, and we immensely enjoyed it. The weather (1st week of June) was perfect, and the house itself never too hot or too cold. The swimming pool area was a haven of peace, all the exterior spaces allowed us to stay in the sun or in the shade whenever we felt like it. It also has the advantage of being located is a beautiful area - in relatively close proximity to Firenze, Sienna, Arrezzo, the Chianti... And beautiful walks around the house if one doesn't feel like driving. Finally, our host, Fioretta, was lovely, welcomed us with some Tuscan specialties and delicacies and Italian coffee, some great advice - all this while not speaking a language in common. Luckily, our favorite translating app saved us. The only downside that I think people should be aware of is that the top bedroom is open to the stairs, and therefore does not benefit from the same privacy as the other two - ideal for children, not so much for a couple.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay at this villa. Pool was perfect, villa was stunning, AC was much appreciated in the 90 degree heat, and the host was one of the very best ever! She was as our personal concierge helping set up a private chef, olive oil and wine tasting, truffle hunting and more. We spent a week and could have stayed longer there is so much to explore in Umbria and Tuscany and we absolutely loved it!

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!
