This home is very beautiful and spacious for all of our needs. It was very fitting for 5 people and a dog. Beatriz had left a mat, bowls, a towel and bags for the dog which was amazing. Happy to see that she had went out of her way to accommodate all of us including the dog. I will definitely be coming back again. Would definitely recommend!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We rented Christina's home for UR's commencement weekend and were very happy with the accommodations and the location. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and comfy beds. We enjoyed meals in the dining room, a game on the patio, and sitting on the porch. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and Highland Park, and is a short 10-minute drive to UR's River Campus. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very good as it has a really good view, quiet, and close to lots of state parks. The room is cozy and spacious. Kitchen has all the utensils. Angela is really helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It is the perfect size for a small family or in my case, a mother and adult daughter traveling together. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable and a safe neighborhood.

Our entire family of 11, with grandkids ages ranging from 3-11 just spent 4 amazing days at Jose’s place. Not one person stated that they were bored! House, location, beds and bedrooms, furniture and furnishings, toys and games, hot tub, 2 full kitchens, large lawn and pond for fishing, fire pit were all amazing! One of the overall, nicest Airbnb places we have stayed. We loved the beautiful sunroom! We would definitely return! Joes’s communication was quick and helpful. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Rochester where we attended a Red Wings baseball game and spent a day at the wonderful children’s museum of play. A nice playground was a 5 minutes drive and grocery shopping was a 10 minute drive. My only suggestion was to have a Keurig available, Joe was already on that! Thank you Joe for your part in making lasting fun memories for our family!

The location was quiet and we could walk to dinner, coffee, and shopping. The space was clean and exactly as pictured and described. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the cutest airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We loved sitting on the patio to read during our stay. Spiral staircase is definitely narrow as others have said, but it is a beautiful place nonetheless. Everything is a quick 5-10 minute drive, but to walk to things was often much longer. My friend was happy to see so many gluten free restaurants in the area, so if you’re looking for that, you are in luck! All in all great stay in a good location.

Katherine's location was a perfect stay for 2 or 1 and had plenty of amenities for the week long stay and within walking distance of some favorable restaurants and things to do in North Winton of Rochester. very cozy neighborhood and hardly any disturbance despite the bustle of the city.

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

This was an amazing stay! The location was great, and I was very impressed with how Salma had been so thoughtful in their amenities. Just little things like hooks for purses, extra towels, standard items in the fridge, were very appreciated. I can see why she is a Super Host! It’s the perfect location if you want easy access to the many museums and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home.
