We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

To enter the house from the side porch there is a handrail and 3 steps plus 1 step from the porch to the kitchen. There is also a short leather couch that could be used for sleeping anyone under4 feet (child). Unit is best suited for up to 4 people.

We are seasoned airbnb hosts (check out our other listing APT #1), with great reviews. This is a huge spacious apt great for visiting the U of R (with our without family). It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.
