Arielle’s place was perfect for us. We came to attend our daughter’s graduation. Her place was so close to University and we were able to walk to commencement. It was a long line of cars waiting for parking spots. We were glad to escape such a hustling. Her place was so comfortable. We highly recommend her place to anyone .

We attended an event at the George Eastman Museum which was located less than a block away on East Avenue. We could easily walk or drive there. On the other end of this block is Park Ave where one can find numerous good venues for food of many kinds. Szechuan Opera Chinese is closest to the house and I ducked in there at 9:30 PM when they told me at that time it was to go only. The dish I ordered was a truly superb surprise ... not inexpensive but was excellent. We also dined Roux and Sinbad's who serve great food.

Sarah was very professional very considerate, she was very tentative and easy to get a hold of. Her home was very comfortable and seeing I use to live in that city I knew exactly where to find it and the neighborhood was very peaceful. If I come back to visit I will definitely utilize it again if available.

Got ready for my wedding at this place and it was even better than I could imagine ! The bridal space is stunning and so many good photo opportunities! Anything you need is there !

The place was easy to find and easily accessible. It is a small but cute apartment that was decorated well. It was a cozy place, sufficient for our small family. Would go back again.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brockport for graduation weekend. We found the apartment clean and as described. Syed reached out with clear instructions before our arrival and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. Though the Main St bridge is closed for repair at the moment, the apartment was still walking distance to the Main St restaurants and shops via a detour a few blocks away.

Cute, super-tidy unit in a fun neighborhood close to downtown. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access and parking. Well furnished and appointed kitchen with new appliances. Bed was super comfortable - wonderful mattress. Great and responsive communication before, during, and after my stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything you need to live like you do at home. Kristi was very responsive to questions and very helpful with keeping the drive cleared of snow. It was a cold and very snowy week and the little place was warm and toasty every evening when I came home. Bring boots if coming in the winter time as the walk to the house from the drive is quite snowy!

We attended a family wedding so needed a place to stay for the evening of the event. Phil and Kelly accommodated an early arrival and the apartment was perfect. The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. Amazing!! This will be my top place to stay in Rochester. The host, Josh, was always so responsive, for instance I had an emergency and had to check in early and he easily accommodated. The place was quiet, super clean, and comfortable. The location was beautiful and close to the best food and so scenic. One of my favorite stays around :)

The listing was as described. Brian left us delicious sweet treats when we arrived. He gave us lots of wonderful recommendations of places to eat and see. He was very responsive with everything we needed. The family enjoyed the pool table, dart board and hanging out on the porch, on the couch.

Cory's place surpassed my expectations! It's a HUGE space with 2 bedrooms and plenty of room to stretch out and chill, play pool, watch TV, have meals, sit at the bar--so many possibilities! Our family had a wonderful time there, hanging out together on a rainy weekend. I'm so glad I booked it!!!

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.
