Tamara's place was wonderful! In the living room was a binder with all the info you could wish for about the area and the BnB itself. The decor was very trendy, and the beds were so comfy! She even has wireless phone and watch chargers available, which was a life saver since I forgot mine at home! 10/10 would recommend.

It was so beautiful - better than I thought. Right across the street from the lake. I loved being able to walk on the beach path everyday. The house is beautiful and we loved using the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. It was wonderful!!!!

We absolutely loved the house, the brilliant views from the front room and the house. Very family friendly and even with bad weather it was great being indoors.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exceptionally clean, felt very safe, and was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure guest comfort. The layout of the home was spacious with an easy flow between rooms. The bedrooms were especially comfortable, with quality linens and a serene atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. We truly appreciated how well-maintained and organized everything was. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet retreat or just need a reliable and peaceful place to stay, this property delivers on all fronts. We were on a trip across half of the country and had not slept well until we stayed at Tim and Katie's. Even our anxious border collie got comfortable quickly there. The house is spacious, clean, and very inviting. The hosts were also quick to respond and try to assist when we thought we lost something important after leaving. 5 stars all the way around!

Very welcoming and clean space. Looks even cuter than the pictures and is absolutely spotless! Feels very private and the balcony was very serene with the surrounding trees. Lots of room to park, my husband has a large truck and we had no problem navigating the driveway. Walkable to local restaurants, gas station, the canal, grocery store, etc. 10/10 recommend the space and would rent the space again on our next visit!

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

My family stayed just for a night. But had a wonderful stay! Clean house, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen.

This was an amazing stay! The location was great, and I was very impressed with how Salma had been so thoughtful in their amenities. Just little things like hooks for purses, extra towels, standard items in the fridge, were very appreciated. I can see why she is a Super Host! It’s the perfect location if you want easy access to the many museums and restaurants nearby.

A clean and comfortable apartment. They even had a few food items. A beautifully renovated apartment within a period house.

Definitely will be staying here again. Very peaceful environment. Absolutely wonderful view from the windows to the trees. Quiet, clean, and stress free. After working in the ER, sleeping was such a dream. I didn't get to meet the host due to our schedules but he was very responsive and accommodating and most of all, super chill. you can get a sense of personality from the decor. Pro: DEDICATED BATHROOM (hot water is HOT- it's great!) Quiet Lots of windows! Drinks galore (if your into that.) Street parking is safe and plentiful. if it gets cold, there's blankets in the closet Locks on bathroom and your room There's only you and the host that share the place it's not high traffic at all. Wi-Fi is great. (I could connect to my PS5 with my portal with a crystal clear stream.) Bed is low profile and comfortable. Plenty of places to put your things should you need to. Con: the street parking sign has a typo I think.. Thanks for letting me stay. I hope to book again soon.

Nice host with responsive.communications and clean room and bathroom. Good for bike tourists and not too far from the canal. Supermarket fairly close along with many restaurants.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We had a fantastic stay at Gregory’s place! The location was just perfect for us—situated in a beautiful, historic neighborhood that was great for walking around and soaking in the local charm. It was close to everything we needed, including a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Gregory was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.
