Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der tollen Wohnung von Lilli verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und sicher. Besonders gut finde ich, dass man durch die Pflanzen vor dem Balkon nicht direkt auf den Balkon schauen kann und man somit viel Privatsphäre hat. Wir möchten definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Ich möchte hervorheben, dass Lilli die freundlichste Gastgeberin ist, die wir je hatten und sie auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen ist.

L’appartement était super propre et à côté de la plage et de toute autre commodité (restaurants, bar restaurants, MG, Monoprix etc …). L’hôte était super réactif et a l’écoute on avait demandé un Check-out décalé il a accepté avec beaucoup de courtoisie. Merci pour les petites attentions (bouteilles d’eau, gel douche et savon liquide). Un excellent logement je le commande vivement

Très bon séjour au sein du logement de Rakia. L’appartement est très bien situé et offre une vue sur la mer juste splendide ! Il est situé proche de la mer et du port Kantaoui, proche de plusieurs commerces, restaurants, bases nautiques. De plus, il offre un accès à plusieurs piscines ce qui est un vrai plus. Il est très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien. La climatisation est un vrai plus, cela rend le séjour plus agréable. C’est simple, lorsqu’on arrive chez Rakia on se sent comme à la maison ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, la maman de Rakia était là pour nous renseigner et nous aider. Vraiment je recommande ce logement à 1000%.

Je me joins aux autres commentaires pour témoigner de notre séjour : Nous avons séjourné deux semaines. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. L'immeuble / jardin / piscine sont neufs et très bien entretenu. Les photos de présentation de la location correspondent parfaitement à ce que vous constaterez en arrivant sur place. Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise. La localisation est idéale entre la plage à 10 min à pied et la route principale au bout de la rue donne un accès direct et une facilité de déplacement entre Sousse / Hergla. Il y à un bon petit café/restaurant ainsi qu'une petite supérette à proximité si besoin (10-15 min à pied). Pour les "grosses courses", la voiture est à privilégier (Mall de Sousse). Naila et Fethi sont des hôtes très chaleureux et accueillants, bourrés de petites attentions qui pour moi font la différence par rapport à d'autres offres du meme type. Toujours à disposition, toujours avec le sourire, ils vous feront un plaisir de vous donner les bons plans pour découvrir la région et de vous conseiller quel que soit le sujet en cas de besoin. Les qualités humaines se dégradants de manière générale nos jours, je tenais vraiment à souligner ce point car nous avons fait une très belle rencontre. Ce sont vraiment de belles personnes. Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme, propre avec de l'intimité et bienveillant, loin des hôtels all inclusives bruyants avec un risque accru de vous décevoir, en fait ne cherchez pas plus loin. I join the other comments to attest to our stay: We stayed two weeks. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The building/ garden/ pool are new and very well maintained. The photos of presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will find when you arrive on site. There are no bad surprises. The location is ideal between the beach a 10 min walk and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and ease of travel between Sousse/ Hergla. There is a good small café/restaurant and a small supermarket nearby (10-15 min walk). For the "big shop", the car is preferred (Mall of Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small attentions that make the difference for me compared to other offers of the same type. Always at your disposal, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you the good plans to discover the region and to advise you whatever the subject in case of need. Human qualities are generally degrading nowadays, I really wanted to emphasize this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from noisy all inclusive hotels with an increased risk of disappointing yourself, in fact look no further.

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

ilk olarak konum harikaydı şehir merkezine çok yakın , ev o kadar güzel ve otantik anlatamam .öyle evlerde kalmayı çok istiyordum ve iyiki bu yeri buldum . ev sahibi çok nazik , kibar , yardımcı . eksik bir şey varsa hemen getiriyor . ben öyle bir host açıkçası görmedim . bana çok tavsiye verdi , gezilecek yerler, restoranlar hakkında vs Oda gayet iyi , temiz ,ferah ayrıca çok güvenli . her gelişimde burada kesin hiç tereddüt etmeden kalacağım . çok tavsiye ederim. her şey için teşekkürler

Enjoyed my stay and would definitely comeback, Residence is peaceful and family friendly, the only negative aspect is something out of there hands regarding mandatory water cuts by local authorities which caused a bit of inconvenience to a family with kids.

Alles war super und das Apartment ganz nah an einem wunderschönen Strand. Hier haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, einziges Manko war, das WLAN im Inserat angegeben wurde jedoch war keins vorhanden. Angeblich ein Fehler von Airbnb. Es waren genug Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wohnung an sich war sauber, jedoch war die Toilette etwas unangenehm und musste erstmal geputzt werden bei Ankunft. Die Waschmaschine zeigte in einigen Programmen Error an so das man nur in einem Rapid Programm 14minuten die Kleidung waschen konnte. Wir waren trotzdem alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Außerhalb der Touristenecke und dennoch alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. 3 Gehminuten zum Stand. Das Meer konnte man auch vom Balkon aus sehen.

L’alloggio offriva tutti i servizi necessari e corrispondeva alla descrizione fornita sul sito. La zona presenta un ampia scelta di attività nei dintorni. Check-in molto facile e intuitivo e l’host è sempre molto disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno in caso di necessità.

Ons verblijf is heel goed verlopen! Het appartement is zoals je kan zien op de foto's. Wij hebben hier een heel gezellige tijd gehad. Heel vriendelijke host en altijd bereikbaar. Ik kom zeker terug naar dit appartement!
