Vacation rentals with beach access in Monastir

The apartment is amazing. Very modern. My mom wanted to book as soon as she saw the jacuzzi and that they offer breakfast. We did not really get to have breakfast except for the first day. The place was not easy to find, but Karim called us on video to show us the way, which is a plus in our book. The beach is really closed, maybe a 2 mn drive which my parents were also excited about. karim was always quick to answer our messages and was so nice when a last minute guest was added. I will definitely go back to this apartment and do not hesitate to book it!

The apartment is located on the most popular and lively street in the city – a perfect location! There are many cafés, shops, and attractions around, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly like the photos.🥰😍 It was very clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras provided: bath sponges, toothbrushes and toothpaste, toilet paper, cleaning and laundry products, shampoos, cotton buds, and different room sprays that made the apartment smell amazing at all times. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and caring – he checked in with us regularly to see if everything was okay and responded very quickly to our messages. We stayed for two weeks during our holiday and wedding, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. I wouldn’t change a thing. Amazing apartment, amazing location, amazing host – highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor incl. Elevator) on the south/west side and has a huge balcony with great views all the way to the sea. The living room is huge with attached, open kitchen. In the living room there is a spacious sitting area with sofa bed sufficient for 2 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped including a oven. The spacious bedroom has its own separate bathroom with shower/toilet. There is another bathroom with bath/toilet to the living/kitchen area. There is air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom. There is even a separate heater in all rooms (floor heating with hot water). The bed is big and I slept great. All windows including balcony access can be electrically darkened. If you arrive by car, you will find private parking directly in front of and next to the building. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and enjoying the sunset is phenomenal! - Clear recommendation for everyone! (*****)

We were delighted to find the place exactly like the photos. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Everything is a short wall away (supermarkets, bakeries, the beach, High end restaurants and street food, etc…). The host is very friendly and attentive. He went the extra mile for any query we had.

I had a fantastic stay at Skander’s Airbnb! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured: very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It was also just a short taxi ride to both the Medina and the bay, making it easy to explore. Skander was an exceptional host — super friendly, relaxed, and incredibly responsive. He also gave me a heads-up about the Feast of Eid so I could stock up on groceries in advance, and adjust plans to suit, which was really appreciated. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

Excellent communication with the host. We were always asked about our well-being and tips for restaurants and the like were also given. Clean apartment and great stay. Some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop practically outside the door. The only negative point is unfortunately the nearby beach, which stinks of sewage and unfortunately is also very dirty, which is typical for Tunisia.

I recently had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Modern furnitures and good position. During my stay I did everything by foot. very close to bars, restaurants, Sousse beach and the Medina. I highly reccomend this accommodation. Finally, the host is very friendly and ready to help you in case of need.

It was as described and the location was quiet. Nice people and a kiosk within walking distance. Mohamed is very nice and immediately helped when we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
