S 1 Completely renovated (May 2021), it consists of 2 living rooms + a bedroom + a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. You will have a modern equipped kitchen which opens onto a patio. A unique house with 2 living rooms + 150m² of terrace facing the sea, not overlooked. It is possible to bring the car into the garden. (arrival after 8 p.m. possible)
