My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

This by far excceded our expectations. Beautiful clean place with beautiful nature and animal. It charmed us the moment we got in. Ela was also extremely helpful and understanding, I couldn't have asked for a better host! We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat!

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient for what we needed. The house was spacious and squeaky clean. The bedrooms were comfortable and the place quiet. Manel and her parents are gracious hosts. Communication with Manel was friendly and proactive, nothing to fault. We would be delighted to book and stay here again.

The host was very friendly and helpful and the place is very beautiful, quiet, spacious and comfortable and you feel that you are at home and the area is quiet and there is no disturbance and safe and close to the beach and restaurants and cafes .

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Modern furnitures and good position. During my stay I did everything by foot. very close to bars, restaurants, Sousse beach and the Medina. I highly reccomend this accommodation. Finally, the host is very friendly and ready to help you in case of need.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Nice apartment which is fully equipped, comfy and feels homy. I would highly recommend staying at Bassem’s place, it’s well located near to everything.
