Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Monastir

It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, clean and as described, Samir was extremely helpful and supportive person..despite our late arrival Samir was there waiting for us.. Thank you Samir. Mahdia is great and peaceful destination, the kids enjoyed the beach and the surrounding touristic places are amazing. Definitely we will consider to comeback to this beautiful apartment and the wonderful city.

I recommend it 100%, we spent 11 exceptional days in this beautiful apartment, clean, spacious with all the comforts. Mohamed and his father were very nice and helpful. Mohamed is a serious and very responsive host. The terrace is beautiful with an amazing view. Shops nearby, in short, great!

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

You listened to my requests and responded very quickly. My family and I were welcomed in a place of impeccable cleanliness with a fine decoration that perfectly blends with the settlement environment. The terrace and windows of the common areas offer a breathtaking view of the harbor of El Kantaoui. For families with children like us, you have EVERYTHING nearby and no need to go further for activities. This place is in a strategic location in the city of SOUSSE and I highly recommend it. Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Hechemi was a good host, super helpful and always helpful with anything the location was close to the sea, safe and clean place. I highly recommend it

Great stay! The location is perfect, in the heart of the port, which makes getting around very easy. Imane is extremely responsive and flexible. We arrived late, but she waited for us with a smile. I highly recommend this listing for a carefree stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay.
