Résidence sympa mes enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec toutes ses piscines petit plus grâce au petit terrain de foot ⚽️ mes garçons se sont éclatés 😉 réservé vite vos places pour avoir de la place sur les transats.

Petit studio bien équipé, emplacement magnifique , les piscines de la résidence sont surveillées. Hôte à très l'écoute et dispo pour tout. Merci ounais

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement confortable et climatisé avec un beau jardin où on a pu profiter de la belle vue sur mer et la belle brise du matin et du soir et aussi avec un Jacuzzi décontractant. On y était très alaise avec Mohamed et sa petite famille qui sont très gentils et très accueillants et répondent à toutes nos questions.

Séjour parfait. Le logement est bien entretenu, propre. Très bien situé. Nombreux piscines et accès directement à la plage. Niveau sécurité rt propreté de la résidence irréprochable. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très gentil,serviable et courtois, je ne pouvais pas espérer mieux. Le logement a une bonne énergie apaisante. Merci Mr Adel et Modhafer à jne prochaine fois inchalah a recommander sans hésitation. On vient de rentrer en France avec des souvenirs inoubliables.

Séjour très agréable tout été bien très bien accueilli par Wael quartier très calme bien située maison très spacieuse et lumineuse près de la Mer le port de Kantaoui est à 10 mn le plus grand parc aquatique en Tunisie Aquasplash est située à 15 mn, quel bonheur merci pour cet agréable séjour et nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

The pictures don't do this place justice! It's seriously a gorgeous location and take only a matter of minutes to walk to the beach. Downstairs in the complex is a great cafe and restaurant with plenty of surrounding food options in addition. And as if that wasn't all great, the hosts are beyond kind, had wonderful communication, and made the nights there some to remember. I highly recommend this listing.

Nous avons passé une bon sejour en famille, le logement est central, proche du centre ville, de la gare, et de la vielle ville.... Nous recommandons.

Hôtes accueillants, et à l'écoute. La maison possède tout le nécessaire de vase pour passer un bon séjour. Les pièces sont grandes et la maison est équipée de 3 climatiseurs. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Grâce à un système de citerne, nous n'avons pas eu de coupure d'eau. Je recommande sans hésitations

So diene is a great host who took my short notice of booking on board and really gave us a home to stay in. The property is in the heart of the marina and gives you a great feel of everything around you. The villa is very spacious and super comfortable with a ice cold AC which was something we really needed in this unusual humid September. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home and at ease. Access to the private swimming pool was a great addition for my kids. You basically have everything you need within walking distance. I have been to kantaoui many times but this was the first time I stayed at sofienes villa but I can assure you it won’t be the last so if you want a great holiday and still feel your homely then I recommend this host.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

Die Kommunikation mit Zied war herausragend. Auch die Restaurantbesitzer in der Umgebung wussten einem direkt zu helfen. Der Pool stand leider noch nicht zur Verfügung, dafür aber ist der Strand wirklich nur 2min entfernt! Das Apartment vor allem das Bad war auf europäischen Standard - sehr sauber! Ich würde es wieder buchen 😊

2 semaines passées dans le logement fonctionnel de Amine qui s’est montré très réactif lorsque nécessaire. Super emplacement , proches de toutes commodités à pieds : piscines , plage , restaurants, market… Super logement pour 4 personnes , tous les équipements nécessaires sont déjà fournis en nombre important ( vaisselles, serviettes , épices pour cuisiner, papier toilette …) ; ce qui est bien pratique ! Encore merci pour ce super séjour 👌

Enormt søde og gæstfrie værter, der hjalp os godt på plads. Var meget fleksible i forhold til ankomst og afgang, var hurtigere til at svare og nemme at kommunikere med. Yderst velkomne og hensynsfulde. Der kan nemt bo 3-4 personer uden problemer. Stedet var smukt med massere af lækre pools, sikkert område, skøn badestrand og kun 20-30 minutters kørsel fra sousse medina fuld af aktiviteter, restauranter mm. Alt i alt er rigtig fint ophold, som klart kan anbefales.

Maryse nous a super bien accueilli ! Elle nous a fourni le routard pour nous aider à profiter au maximum de notre séjour. L’endroit était impeccable et super bien décoré ! Belle maison dans laquelle nous avons apprécié nous retrouver entre amis. Un grand merci à Sonia (responsable de la maison) car elle nous a permis également de revenir chercher quelques affaires oubliées quelques jours après la fin de notre séjour. Je vous recommande vivement un séjour chez Maryse !

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.
