Giorgia met us at the property. She is extremely helpful. Place is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. If stairs are an issue, then this place is not for you as only accessible by stairs. Everything that you need is provided. Giorgia even left us fresh fruit picked from her garden. Giorgia gave us recommendations for aperitif and dinner. Both places were amazing. Would highly recommend her place.

Wonderful place to stay. Authentic, cool, comfortable and amazing view of Módica. Has everything you need, great air conditioning and is close to all the restaurants and train station. Highly recommend.

We, a small family of three, had the most amazing time in Modica (and the surroundings), and Jane's apartment was an extraordinary find. It was perfect as a base to explore the area. I love how big the apartment is, it feels very spacious with a big hallway connecting the rooms. I highly appreciate the way the old and new is mixed together - the old floor tiles are having a new life, the walk in shower is cozy and big. The kitchen has everything one might need, and more! We felt like home and were able to cook every day for us and our small son. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore de beauty of the Sicilian baroque architecture.

Great location the view alone in worth the stay. Easy walk down to the main town, parking can be a problem, be prepared to park down the street and walk up. The apartment has everything you need, it’s airy and light.
