La Bellaria di Sicilia is an old stone barn, restored to become a comfortable country home. It is surrounded by fields with carrob and olive trees, with glimpses of the sea, which is just a few minutes away. The guests's place is a newly restored loft on two levels, with a separate entrance a lovely courtyard facing the fields. Important: since Jan 2025, Airbnb is not collecting local Tourist Tax on behalf of the host. Every guest will pay this tax at check in, the amount is 1,5 Euro day/person

The house offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. It has its own garden and independent access (shared private parking) and is 'eco-orientated'. With our own source of natural water (analyzed and filtered) the place offers lots of magic in the air. Welcome!

Our Rural House "Biancolilla" is immersed in an oasis of peace and tranquility in the Modica countryside, a few km from the historic center of Modica. The property, dating back to 1926, has been totally restored and recently renovated, fully preserving the style of the time. The ancient stone walls, recently restored, guarantee maximum thermal insulation both in winter and summer. Outside there is a stone patio, a spacious veranda and a covered area with a barbecue.
