The style of the furniture is classic and in complete harmony with the environment. The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung mitten in Modicas Altstadt, so etwas Außergewöhnliches sucht man sehr lange. Klimatisiert und vollausgestattet kann man auch gemütliche Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so leicht zu erreichen, weil die Parkplätze etwas außerhalb liegen (bzw. liegen müssen). Weil Modica sehr schön auf zwei Hügelseiten liegt, gibt es in den Altstadt Gassen viele Treppen, die ggfs nicht so leicht mit kleinen Kindern oder älteren Personen zu machen sind (unsere beiden Kinder waren 12 und 9 zu der Zeit, das ging super). Modica war für uns ein absolutes Sizilien Highlight gewesen, die Stadt ist nicht übertouristisch voll (wie zB Taormina), aber wunderschön und zugleich lokal authentisch. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren. Sonia und Henry waren genauso perfekte Vermieter wie ihre Wohnung, jede Anfrage wurde sofort geklärt und wir haben noch tolle Tips bekommen.

How does one describe perfection? Let’s start with WOW WOW WOW! This is the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. Think of a cave then think of 5 star luxury. They have thought of everything and with immense taste. Minutes from the centre of beautiful Modica, this is the perfect place to relax, pamper yourself and explore the amazing sights and history and offering a great range of restaurants and bars. The hosts could not have been more charming and helpful. This is a perfect bnb. Grazie!

Torre con vista in centro città

This is a fantastic place to stay for many reasons. The property is unique and has an abundance of character. The views from the windows are sensational. Then there is the roof garden which has sumptuous views over Modica and is a sun-trap all day long. Modica is just a dream to walk around and there are plenty of food and drink options. Beyond Modica there is Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and many other towns to visit. We stayed a week and could have filled two quite easily.

Modica Mia ist eine wunderschöne, modern und mehr als vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr gut gelegen in Stadtzentrum und trotzdem überraschend ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio war reibungslos und sehr angenehm. Jederzeit wieder!

Cristina e Adriana ci hanno accolto con gran garbo, gentilezza e ospitalità: la nostra vacanza stava iniziando male, purtroppo nè a causa nostra, nè a causa loro ci siamo visti costretti ad annullare la prima prenotazione, loro - anche se non era dovuto - ci hanno rimborsato quanto già pagato. Appena possibile abbiamo riprogrammato le date, anche col loro aiuto, e abbiamo visitato questa città fantastica. La posizione è tra le migliori, vicino c’è il parcheggio gratuito e in 5 minuti a piedi raggiungete i capolavori barocchi di Modica bassa e alta. Consigliatissimo.

Modica is een aantrekkelijk, druk stadje. Het is dan ook geweldig daar een hooggelegen huisje te hebben. Met alle rust en privacy. Een schitterend uitzicht, ook 's avonds met lichtjes in de verte. De groene tuin is een feest! Het huis is met liefde en smaak ingericht. Fijne badkamer en keuken. Lekker balkonnetje. Als je een flinke klim van stad naar huisje niet vervelend vindt, is dit een toplocatie. Letterlijk en figuurlijk.

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro giorni nella casa di Andrea che definire splendida è francamente riduttivo. Una casa sapientemente ristrutturata e curata con gusto nei minimi dettagli, con un terrazzo che da solo ti permette di godere di serate stupende e di una veduta unica della splendida Modica. Grazie Andrea dell'opportunità e un grazie speciale a Gianni per la sua disponibilita, che ci ha accolto, guidato e assecondato le nostre richieste. Torneremo certamente.
