Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Moab Valley

Very convenient to downtown Moab. We walked to many restaurants and shops, which was perfect because parking is sparse downtown. Clean and modern accommodations. Very responsive host! Blackout shades would have been the icing on the cake but we slept well regardless!

Staying at Jenna’s neighborhood Airbnb was a perfect way to spend 3 days in Moab. Jenna is a great host - she was friendly when we saw her and communicative before the trip. The location is superb - it’s on a quiet street away from the bustle of main street, but close enough of a walk that we didn’t need to drive to breakfast or dinner. The unit itself is very comfortable. The bed, the furniture, and peaceful location made it all a great stay.

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

We had a great stay here while exploring Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. The place is very conveniently located with only a 10 minute drive to Arches. Located in downtown Moab with plenty of different activities to explore. There were 2 other apartments on the property but it was still very quiet and private. Having laundry on site was a great added benefit too after long days of hiking! Everything inside was well labeled too making it easy to find everything we needed!

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

What is nice place. Chad’s place is very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and visited Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. Plenty of good restaurants and things to do. I would recommend it to everyone and would book it again.

We stayed in Moab for two nights only and visited local parks. We therefore had no time to use the many amenities listed - which we would have if we had had more time. The apartment felt safe, parking was plentiful, the apartment was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the new knives and spice rack in the kitchen - that was a nice friendly touch.

If you haven't visited Moab before, do it and book Desiney's place!! My husband and I traveled in because I had planned a destination wedding for a bride in Moab and we needed a spacious place to stay - Destiney's place exceeded our expectations. The pictures dont do it justice - there is so much room and you can tell Destiney carefully thought through every aspect of the space to make it a home away from home. It's in the literal heart of downtown and is extremely walkable to anything you could imagine. We hope to come back for vacation in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Todd and Erin's place! It was much better than the pictures and description. The view is absolutely outstanding. A great neighborhood with super friendly people and the community pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for having us!

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

From check-in to check-out Andria and her sister Dawn were very responsive to any questions/concerns and there were only a couple our group of six seasoned citizens had. The house inside was squeaky clean, neat and orderly. I wish I had a well stocked and well equipped kitchen like this house did! We mostly ate in and enjoyed the views of the La Sal mountains and the surrounding red cliffs. The hot tub was a welcome respite after taking in Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park. The inside furnishings blend well with the industrial nature of the neighborhood and appear to be custom made. Bravo to Andria's home builder husband. Very cool indeed. I have already given the Slick Rock Retreat house a hugely favorable recommendation to my neighbor whose planning a Moab visit with her sons. They will not be disappointed. Thanks very much for a great overall experience! You've clearly carved out a place at the top given the previous glowing reviews.

It was perfect for the four of us! Spacious, comfortable, excellent location. Loved the decor. Hot, so appreciated the pool. Even went to our first rodeo right next door to the complex. Super fun! Will definitely hope to stay there again on future trip. Thank you Justin. 😊

Loved staying at this house. Liked that it was a few minutes out of town, which makes it more private and peaceful, but also a quick drive to all the attractions Moab has to offer. The house was clean and well maintained, and perfect for a weekend getaway. We will be coming back.

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it really met our needs. Convenient! 5 miles from downtown with great restaurants. 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Great location for surrounding off road trails. The garage is an awesome plus! Their home is so well stocked. Plenty of blankets, towels, fully stocked kitchen! Games, gear, you name it. They really go all out in making sure there is a little of everything. 2 king size beds! Both comfortable! TV’s in each bedroom & living room. Comfortable leather couches too! Great backyard. There is a hot tub and a patio heater, but we didn’t use either-but great options! Loved how they label everything! Every switch, where things are-so organized! Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views. Front and back of house. If you have physical/visual disabilities, their AirBNB will suit your needs because it did mine. We would stay here again if back in the area! Thanks again Neil and Abbie!

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

The house was easy to find and very clean, free of clutter. Everything inside was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great! Comfortable furniture. Lots of space in the bedrooms. Good bathroom with good pressure. 5 of us were very comfortable. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. The place is close to town. Hot tub and pool were heated and very nice to use even in 30 degree weather. Would stay here again!

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Clean condo, as described. Comfortable. Located about 10 mins south of downtown Moab. Close to town but not walking distance. Nice pool/amenities. Ground floor unit, not very soundproof as we could hear neighbors above us walking around/talking.

Stayed at Dan's place for almost a week and had a wonderful time! The place is a 10 mins drive from Moab city centre. Dan made it easy for us to find the place. Everything in the unit feels new, well furnished with comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. After the hikes at the Arches and Canyonlands, it was lovely to enjoy the BBQ at the unit as well as the shared pool and hot tub (walking distance from the unit). The parking spots are just right outside the unit.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Place was very clean and truly felt like a home. I only wish I would’ve stayed longer! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

If you are looking for a vacation house, this is it! It’s beautiful, roomy, comfortable, private, and surrounded by lovely views! The pool and hot tub are a quick walk down the street. Within 15 minutes you’re in the center of Moab and that is filled with shops and restaurants. Of course, Arches and Canyonlands are a short drive away. Troy went above and beyond to make our stay perfect; he was always available and responsive. Enthusiastically recommend!
