Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Condo has WiFi, TV's in every room, Cable TV, Barbecue Grill, and a garage to secure your toys while in Moab. Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.

We have added some personal original touches to this unit, so it does feel like a home away from home. Our 3 bed/ 2 bath, ground floor condo has easy access to your toys, to the condo and the pool and hot tub located directly behind our building. The master suite has a king size bed with flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a FULL size double queen bunk! 3rd bedroom is a single queen bed and there is also a queen fold out with memory foam mattress. Our unit sleeps 10 people total.
