Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Utah

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

We stayed here to be close to Salt Lake for 3 concerts this past weekend and enjoyed the proximity to downtown restaurants & bars, the rooftop pool was nice both Saturday and Sunday day, and the bed & pillows were comfortable and AC worked like a champ. Thanks for letting us stay! We loved it.

The space was so beautiful and very well kept! Would 100% come back if we’re ever in town again, amazing for the price/location/amenities. Especially love that everything was labeled, the hosts were so friendly but we didn’t have any questions to ask because everything was so easy to find!

Robert’s place is a great BnB! He is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to anything that is needed. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone that travels to Salt Lake City

We had a great 2-night stay! The location is perfect—just minutes from Zion, which made it super convenient to get an early start at the park. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our host was amazing—very responsive and always happy to offer helpful suggestions for hikes, food, and nearby spots to check out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Zion!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Plenty of things for small kids to do and older kids. They responded super fast and ensure we had everything we needed for our stay!! Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

As we drive away I said “great spot” to my college aged son who responded “awesome spot”. We enjoyed fires both nights - a very local store has a porch with wood bundles for sale and a cash drop box for after hours purchases. The hot tub was great after a day walking The Narrows. The beds were comfortable and the views were idyllic.

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay! Brian exceeded all expectations with his proactive approach, constant communication, and the most impeccable home we’ve ever experienced. I’m already planning our return visit! Brian has truly thought of everything to create the perfect home away from home. The decor was stunning, and the kitchen was a dream with high-end appliances, sharp knives, and essentials like spices and oil already provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the furniture was beautiful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect! We were surrounded by local attractions in Kanab while being less than 90 minutes from Zion National Park and other major attractions. Brian’s recommendations were pure gold and transformed our trip into something truly magical. This was definitely a memorable trip. Thank you so much, Brian, for creating such an extraordinary experience! We can’t wait to come back.

One of the best places we have ever stayed by far. House was cozy and clean with a lot to occupy time with. Jennifer was extremely responsive and kind. The only place we will stay every time we come to salt lake!

Sara's place was a beautiful home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved the thick memory foam mattress and down pillows. I slept so well each night! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in the Lehi area. ❤️

This place was a gem! Very cozy and well located. Great if you intend to visit both Zion and Bryce. Would definitely stay again and would love to visit during ski season! Only thing to consider is to get your groceries ahead as the options are very limited/close early.

What a great find in Park City. after long days on the trails in the mountains this condo was a perfect place to come back to. The condo had all the kitchen items you need to cook meals, a comfortable reclining sofa and a nice queen size bed. Scott was quick to respond to questions about local things to do and when a remote control needed new batteries. As well, the condo is directly across the street from the bus stop to take you to main Street... for free. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

Great place and environment. Very flexible and understanding for check in. Stayed for the softball tournament, schedule changed they let us check in early, appreciate it.

It’s hard to top perfection and Desert Moon is definitely delicious perfection! Everything you could wish for in a home-away-from-home is provided plus fun little surprises that you would never have expected. It’s great fun living in this beautiful dream world if only for a moment!

Aesthetically pleasing, free bus access, e-bike rental nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area in the mornings, and the pool in the afternoons.
