The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Sock, hat einen eigenen Eingang und ist komplett von unserem Wohnbereich getrennt, ausser dem gemeinsamen Treppenhaus. Wir legen viel Wert in Nachhaltigkeit und heizen unser Eigenheim mit Erdwärme und den Strom erzeugen wir mit unserer PV-Anlage. Erleben Sie das besondere Gefühl, mit einem guten Gewissen in den Tag zu starten. Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich eine gratis Parkmöglichkeit.

Unser Hüsli liegt inmitten der Natur, ruhig und am Alpstein-Wanderweg Im Garten befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzlounge, eine grosse Feuerstelle und die Gartendusche zur Abkühlung. Die herrliche Aussicht und das Alpen-Feeling lassen sich besonders gut vom Bänkli auf dem Vorplatz geniessen. Innen ist es schön und heimelig ausgebaut, mit Kachelofen und Holzkochherd, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer und grosszügigem Esstisch. Alles ist komplett eingerichtet und bereit für Gäste :)

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

Es waren ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es war einfach sehr klasse. Das Apartment bietet sehr viel Platz, die Ausstattung ist super, für Büro arbeiten ist gesorgt. Am besten hat mir die Küche gefallen, eine so gut organisierte Küche mit im Grunde allen, was das Herz eines guten Kochs hochschlagen lässt. Wir haben sogar die Möglichkeit gehabt, ein Raclette benutzen zu können. Was will man mehr? Das Bad selber war wundervoll, es bot alles, was man brauchte und war sehr ordentlich, es gab auch Handtücher und Seife und sogar Duschgel und Shampoo. Aus den Fenstern hatte man einen sehr guten Blick auf St. Gallen und im Grunde erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Zurück würde ich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel empfehlen, weil St. Gallen sehr viele Berge hat, aber das hat mit dem Apartment nichts zu tun. Anbindungen an die ÖPNV sind sehr gut und man braucht sich keine Sorgen zu machen. Daher von mir eine klare Empfehlung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt! Es war sehr unkompliziert und wir fühlten uns mit unseren Hunden sehr willkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Landschaft ist top. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Preston's place ia beautiful. Very modern and spacious! Lots of great amenities, bright and clean. we didn't realize it charges differently for the amount of people that stays so we had to pay extra because we were 4 and booked for 1. Silly mistake. would stay there again without hesitation.

Ubytovanie bolo sucastou mensej miestnej farmy s obchodom s lokalnymi produktami,otvoreny nonstop. Odporucame vyuzit ponuku ranajok z domacich produktov. Tiche,krasne,vidiecke,dedinske pokojne prostredie. Priska bola velmi priatelska,ustretova,rychlo reagovala na spravy a otazky. Cesta na vlakovu stanicu trvala cca 10 min,mestecko ma dobru lokalitu pre vylety v Appenzell. Izba bola mensia, ale plne postacujuca na pobyt.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, ca. 10-15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Nur das Geschirr in der Küche musste man nochmal nachspülen, bevor man es verwenden konnte. Ich denke aber das liegt daran, dass es nicht häufig benutzt wird. Die Umgebung ist belebt, das muss man wissen. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Wir würden sie wiederkommen. Preis-Leistung ist Top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war freundlich und unkompliziert.
