House vacation rentals in Miramar Beach

Nothing but great things to say about Tara’s place! She demonstrated excellent customer service. The house itself was SO lovely! You can tell the hosts are serious about what they do. Felt like a high-end luxurious hotel. Impeccably clean, from dish-ware to linens to bathrooms. Lots of supplies available! Tons of towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes, and even spices for simple cooking. This was my first time at an Airbnb where I actually felt at home. When you’re here, you only need to worry about vacationing. The hosts thought more about our needs than I probably did. Outside looked just like the photos: aesthetically pleasing and private! It is pretty clear that the neighborhood is going through heavy gentrification. Despite that, this location worked for us, as it was pretty central and easy to access from the highway. The beach was a quick-ish drive away, but we struggled to find parking for the public access points. Overall, we had a great stay! 5 stars without a doubt.

This listing was exactly as described. Great location; literally minutes from the beach. Ample space in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The golf cart is a major plus! Makes it very convenient to take a ride to the beach or to the restaurants nearby. Be mindful that the televisions have an issue with connecting to the internet, so if you want to stream Netflix of Hulu bring a FireStick. My only complaint would be the extremely firm beds. This is a personal preference, so if you’re good with a firm bed do not hesitate to book this spot. Overall, very good listing! You won’t be disappointed!

We rented this house for the weekend. We are local and knew the area well so it was exciting the house was available. I explained to Max what we were hoping to use the house for (Prom Weekend) and established open communication and trust. Myself and another mom were present at all times and the kids absolutely loved the pool, ping pong table and outdoor loungers. They bonded all weekend and will never forget the amazing weekend they had at the beach house. We had one small housekeeping issue that we noticed upon arrival, and I emailed Max who immediately sent an Instacart remedy along with a bunch of chocolates. Truly unexpected and so responsive. I really liked working with Max and found our stay to be memorable and wonderful. Thank you for an incredible time. I could not recommend this Airbnb rental more.

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

This place was perfect for our family vacation with our extended family. Admittedly, I was weary when I saw that there was a short walk to the beach because we love beach front, but the walk was just that - very short and a complete non-issue. The backyard is gorgeous and set up wonderfully for both daytime and nighttime. All in all an absolutely wonderful trip.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

We had a lovely stay! This is a great location - walkable to the beach and Pompano Joe’s. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with beach and kitchen supplies. The pool is a nice bonus! Linda was very communicative and responsive from booking to check out. We would love to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Kelley’s air bnb, it was way bigger in person then it looks in the photos and it was perfect for my sisters bachelorette. We were able to walk to beach from the house which was so nice.

This vacation home did not disappoint. Everything was as advertised. Bedrooms are on the second (2 bedrooms) and third floor (1 bedroom). Home is in the heart of Baytowne Wharf, walking distance to several shops, eateries, and activities. If you have ever stayed in Hotel Eiffie, this home is in the same vicinity, literally just a brief walk. The beach and Silver Sands Premium Outlet are less than five miles away. Our host Kevin was very responsive to all of our needs. The app says, “Host typically responds within an hour.” Host actually responds within five minutes to every single message. We were without wristbands the evening we arrived; we had wristbands delivered the very next morning. I would definitely recommend for families. We brought five teenagers, and not one complained of anything the entire time. There was so much for them to do. Our only complaint is that we should have stayed longer…highly recommend!

Amazing hosts! The place was absolutely beautiful

We stayed in this beautiful home for 7 days with our family. The house was perfect, right on the white sand with beautiful turquoise water. We highly recommend this home. We couldn’t ask for anything better. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach toys for our grandson and beach chairs. The location is on 30A with easy access to all the beach towns. We loved our getaway.

We had a fabulous time at Chuck and Vicki’s home! The location was incredible and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the trip and during. We ran into some issues with the pool lights and Chuck was over in just a few hours to help fix it. The location was perfect, would recommend renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car! Would absolutely recommend.

Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. She thought of literally everything you could need for a good vacation. The house is located in the cutest neighborhood, and there are so many restaurants/amenities around. The house was very clean, and Laura was very responsive to our needs. Would 100% stay again!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. Location, location, location! Tucked down a quiet lane just half a block from the uncrowded public beach in Minamar, this is a great choice for a family vacation. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants, and Destin is just a short drive away. While the inside is a bit time worn, it is very clean and spacious, the beds and furniture are comfy, the kitchen is well-appointed for cooking, and the private pool is pure luxury. The separate bed/bath is actually a lot nicer than the photos and has its own mini fridge and coffee maker. There is an auxiliary mini split AC that kept the master bedroom icy cold and the temp inside overall was quite comfortable in spite of FL heat and humidity. The required departure housekeeping was minimal. I bought flea collars for my dogs due to another reviewer… turns out it was just FL noseeums which cannot be avoided! Any questions we had were answered almost immediately - they even sent photos to explain the light switches. Great management company!

Perfect place for traveling with kiddos!! The two wagons, two pack n plays, endless games at the house, and beach toys made our trip extremely enjoyable with a 7 year old and two babies. The beach is less than 10 minutes away making it very easy to go back and forth multiple times a day. The house was very spacious and packed with extras. We enjoyed the hammock and campfire seating in the backyard as well. Benjamin was very helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

This was by far my favorite AirBnb to date. The price, the location, the amenities, the communication was all top tier. From the moment I booked, Hello Sunshine has been great at responding and communicating with us. We loved the private beach and the pool area, both a quick walk from the house. Everything in the area is kid friendly. The house has a nice area just fir the kids, stocked with games. I would definitely recommend and book again on our next trip.

We had such a fun stay at this Airbnb! It’s super close to the beach and shopping at Destin Commons. If you’re planning to visit Crab Island, McGuire’s, or AJ’s, I recommend renting a car, as Uber can get expensive in the area. Communication with Emily was amazing — she responded quickly to any questions and kept us well-informed throughout our stay. The house rules were simple and easy to follow. The only minor downside was that we ran out of toilet paper and had to pick up some more. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool, and the pool was a huge highlight! We also loved having access to all the pool house items. There were nine of us girls, and we had an absolute blast. I would definitely stay here again — it’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway!
