Lake house vacation rentals in Minnesota

Rachel's lake house was absolutely lovely - spacious, gorgeous views from the second you walk in, comfortable beds, clean and inviting kitchen, and your own oasis just steps outside the back door. When my travel plans changed, she was so kind and responsive and made it potentially stressful situation seamless. I would 1000% stay here again!

We had a great stay at Michelle's place for our annual multi-generational vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, cabin was well equipped and location was wonderful. The cabin truly had everything we needed and more. Can't wait for the chance to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this A-frame cabin! The space was cozy and full of character, offering the perfect balance of comfort and fun. The hot tub and sauna were highlights — the ideal way to unwind after a day outside. We also had a great time with the arcade games, which added a nostalgic, playful touch to our evenings. The outdoor recreational area was beautifully maintained and made it easy to enjoy the fresh air — whether lounging, playing games, or just soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Everything about the place encouraged relaxation and reconnecting. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unplug, recharge, and have a little fun along the way!

I wanted to share how appreciative I am of the efforts of keeping your property chemical and fragrance free! I was so impressed! We keep a non-toxic home as well and staying in rentals always give me a bit of anxiety with all the common cleaners used. I loved being able to bring my little ones here and be so comfortable and at peace. Thank you! I wish there were more properties out there that take a healthy environment as seriously as you guys.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. We had a great time fishing, eating at various places and traveling the North Shore.

This was our second time at Deidra’s Tofte home, and if possible - it was even more magical than our first time. Not only is she an amazing host - we basically planned our itinerary around all her wonderful recommendations - but this house is just a gem on the north shore. Well stocked, better than photos, and pristine views of the lake each day. We’ll be back again and again 😊

We all had a wonderful time, it was peaceful, relaxing, family friendly and felt like home! We would definitely rent this place again in the summer time! What a beautiful home and view! Thank you for having us as your guests! Lovely experience!

The only complaint I have is the lake is very busy on the weekends and there is houses being built all around during week. It was very noisy during the week. At the same time I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave.

Was a great weekend getaway. This place is located on a stunning lake. It was perfect to relax sitting next to a fire and enjoy summer. I would highly recommend this property. Also The hosts were fenomenal.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Property looked even better in person. My friends and I stayed here for Grandma’s Marathon, and this was the perfect midway point between the airport and Duluth! Would definitely stay here again :)

Wonderful stay! The house was just as described and we loved being able to use the kayaks and fire pit. The sunset views here are amazing and the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay again!

The view the view the view!! We enjoyed the amazing sunsets, large grass area to play outdoors, skipping rocks down on the rock beach, and especially having a private fire pit on the patio was fantastic!!! The furniture was very comfortable to watch movies on the large tv. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make meals and gather around the large table sharing stories and playing several of the board games. Ellie was very quick to response to any question we had. The pool was closed during our stay, but we definitely would have used it. We rented a pontoon and had a blast with that too! We'd rent here again :)

Such an adorable little cabin. We had a great time fishing and having bonfires. My 9 year old caught his first huge catfish off the dock the first night and during the day, we caught smallmouth. Very clean and cozy tiny cabin with everything we needed for some relaxation and fishing. The book selection at the cabin was unexpectedly perfect and such a cool perk. I wish I could’ve read all of them. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Patrick was always very responsive when communicating. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The house is very spacious. What made the trip amazing was the screened in porch and pontoon. He had plenty of fishing poles and tackle and floaty’s. Everything we needed was there. The lake is so peaceful and clear. We were all very comfortable in the beds. Beautiful lake house!

It was just what we were looking for…..quieter lake than those to the south but close enough to visit their amenities, sturdy & spacious dock, numerous places to sit outside, fun things to do inside & out. The beds felt like I was sleeping on a cloud….so comfortable!! Beautiful setting to rewind with the family!

A great place to stay! Really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and amenities! A very convenient place for us to stay while visting family in Big Lake. Hope we can book Anna's place again in the future!

Heather’s place was incredible. Located right on a quiet lake. The place was beautiful-decorated tastefully and stocked with anything you need and more. Two large bedrooms that each had their own luxurious bathrooms. They give you the use of a pontoon which is fabulous. Lovely chairs to sit in on the end of the dock. We saw a couple of incredible sunsets. They had cushioned furniture by the fire pit. A grill and a nice sized side yard for games. And….one of my favorite things-a hot tub!! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was homey, family friendly, and had everything we needed, including seasoning, disheware for adults and kids, towels, etc. Highlights were the sandy beach, paddle boards, yard games, beach toys, and board games.

If you are looking for an off the beaten track beautiful cozy cabin on a lake, this is for you. The cabin was spacious and comfortable , bird songs & baby ducks and geese on the lake. Oh and the sunsets- amazing. A peaceful retreat, Local restaurants very close by to enjoy. It was Lake life in Minnesota!!

What a lovely home and beautiful surroundings!! It was very homey and comfortable for our group of 4 on a girlfriend weekend get-a-way - the kitchen and dining area were perfect to spend cooking and eating together! And with it being winter, it was fun to have a bonfire down by the frozen lake! Our host, Donna, was quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. Our group would return in a heart beat!!

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

This place is spectacular! Enjoyed a long weekend family stay with three small children--both the adults and the kids were delighted with the property! Ample space, endless amenities, and excellent communication with Zoe! We hope to be back again next year!

Rachel’s home was perfect for our family vacation! The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were especially comfortable and the house came stocked with everything we needed! We took full advantage of the beautiful lake views from the dock, fire pit, and spacious deck. Rachel was a very responsive host and we would love to stay here again.
