Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Mineral

My stay at Linda's was only 1 night but if I am back in the area I will book again. She was flexible with my check in time when I needed to arrive late and her place is very comfortable. I had my kitty with me too and was very appreciative of her willingness to have my kitty too. Her place would be very comfortable for a much longer stay with the full kitchen and ample seating inside and outside.

Host is understanding and has great communication. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place! It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Chico. There was a designated parking spot, but we also appreciated the abundant street parking. The location felt safe and we would stay there again when in Chico!

I absolutely love staying in Anthony & Ava’s home. It’s beautiful, clean, and I love the layout of their apartment, it’s a quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are very friendly and always have good recommendations for whatever you would like to do.

Jill has been an amazing host. Very responsive to my needs, and my ability fo feel like this is "my home" while we were searching for a home of our own. Walking to the park every morning & evening with my dog was lovely. Loved my time here. I highly recommend booking this space.

Darlene's place was so peaceful with a nice private outdoor space for our morning coffee and evening leisure time. Our son loved the pool! Every place we needed to go was within a few minutes drive. Very nicely located if going to Bethel.

Neils place was very nice especially for the price and he had gotten back to me within the same evening about checking into his airbnb. Would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 8 women for a cycling trip on the Bizz Johnson Trail and absolutely loved the cabin! It had plenty of space inside and out for a relaxing trip. The place was clean, had updated decor and furniture, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, TP, and kitchen amenities. The outdoor space was also incredible. We spent afternoons by the creek and evenings at the firepit. Plenty of parking and because it was so secluded, we didn’t have to worry about leaving our bikes outdoors. AC was awesome because it was hot when we were there and plenty of dining space too. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others! Thanks so much for letting us stay and for your awesome communication and recommendations.

Loved this lake house for my birthday celebration/girls weekend! Lots to do at the house (pool, foosball, cornhole). Enjoyed the spa at night with a million stars and the view decks were a huge hit, epic morning yoga decks! The house was comfortable, clean, and well designed for all rooms to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Shasta!

FABULOUS! By far the absolute best place we have ever stayed at. Jack and Gail are wonderful people and we found a lifelong friendship with them. The orchard was so peaceful and quiet and the mini donkey's. Each and every donkey stole my heart! The house was FULLY stocked with everything you need. The playroom with toys, games and books was a fantastic bonus for my grandkids. They will alwaya be my first choice to stay with!

We enjoyed our stay! Judy and Pete were very responsive and helpful with directions to their place. We had a nice time enjoying the outdoor deck both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or like us, a nice place to stay while attending a local wedding. It was the perfect size to accommodate our family between festivities.

What a cozy place! Like visiting the grandparents that now have new TVs. You can feel the history in this house with high ceilings and exposed beams in the large living room. Great comfy sofas to watch movies. Kitchen brought back memories. Loved the rustic sink and metal counter unit. Stove and oven worked great. The dining room round table was inviting. Beds comfortable. Nice to have two separate sinks in bathroom. The antique tub and shower was exactly what my grandma had! The architectural details throughout home was special. Love sitting on the porch. Looking forward to going back.

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

Easy in and out, relaxed stay, thank you. Great views of the golf course and mountains. among the tall pines. They do start the mowers at 7 a.m. on the fairway--but we loved the view and the quiet backyard with the deer wandering by.
