As you turn onto Thatcher Mill you'll feel the comfort of this mountain retreat. Your tranquil drives ends at this 12 year old home that we call our cabin. It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

This spacious, simple and serene house has a wonderful fireplace and is located 15 min from the South Entrance of Lassen National Park & the Kom-Yah-Mah-Nee visitor center. Cozy Cabin in Lassen

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

Kelly Cabin

Our cabin has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, tempurpedic mattresses and a cozy large living and dining space off of the kitchen with a covered deck in the backyard with a peaceful view in to the forest and meadow. Very convenient for hiking and exploring Lassen Volcanic Park or enjoying the surrounding area . Perfect fishing and swimming holes are near by too. Our cabins are only 5 miles from the Park (about a 15 minute drive to Visitor Center). STR license P-00068
