Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base hub!

All the very best that our "village" has to offer is literally steps outside your door. This includes parks, cafe's, grocery, shops, theatre, restaurants, trails and the town square. My apartment is warm and comfy with an abundance of natural light. The bedroom is beautiful with an extremely comfortable queen size bed. The spacious kitchen will cook up fresh meals from your grocery shop just a block away! High-speed internet. Washer & dryer in the unit! Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years of age.

My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.
