Vacation rentals with a kayak in Midland

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about our experience at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The pictures were beautiful but I was still blown away by the view and the overall home. Lily was an exceptional host, always super kind and responsive. My friends and I had the best time here and would absolutely recommend for anyone to book! :)

We only stayed there for one night but it was a really good experience. The house is too comfortable, it is very nice and very spacious. It has everything you need at your fingertips. The kayak and bikes are souvenirs that are in very good condition and can be put to great use if you wish. Helen is very attentive, timely and willing. She responds extremely quickly to your questions and gives you solutions for everything in a friendly and warm manner.

Thank you so much Jennifer and Blaine for hosting us! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was adorable and the surroundings were beautiful. Jennifer and Blaine were very responsive and even helped us when we had some car trouble. We loved attending the Vetta Spa which was close by. Highly recommend staying at this cottage! 10/10

Evgenia's home was overall ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! From the beautiful water front views to the gorgeous amenities, my entire group was in awe of what was right in front of us. We had such an amazing stay, made even better memories and felt right at home during our stay. It was truly a great "home away from home" experience! We were so lucky to get the chance to feed the swans during our stay, we were shocked at the amount of wildlife that appeared thereafter. During our stay we were able to bring a boat & jet ski. We docked the jet ski at the property's dock and were able to launch the boat/jet ski at the Victoria Harbour in the area. Unfortunately we were unable to bring the boat to the home's dock due to low tide this year, but hopefully when we book again we can dock both at the house :) We would 100% recommend Evgenia's place for anyone looking for a quiet luxurious getaway with the most spectacular views!

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is big with plenty of rooms for a big group. It was clean and orderly. There is a beautiful dock with a canoe, kayak and life jackets. Our host Fred was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking a cottage getaway.

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

We stayed at Dylan’s place for the weekend with 13 adults and 4 kids. There was enough rooms and beds for all of us with adequate bedding and space. The house was clean and well equipped for our weekend! Before the stay we had lots of questions and Dylan was very responsive and answered everything in a timely manner and with lots of details. He was always following up during the weekend as well. The dock is beautiful and amazing! It was a bit buggy but that’s expected near the waters. We used the kayaks and boat and had a wonderful time!

Great place and great host..they were quick to respond to queries..and the big yard on the side was a big plus which other properties generally do not have..will be booking again next year..

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Kathy’s Cottage. The place is beautifully nestled in nature, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. The cottage is well-maintained and exudes a charming, antique feel that adds to its cozy ambiance. Kathy was incredibly supportive and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Kathy, for helping make our family trip such a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

From beginning to end we had a great experience. The home had gorgeous views and fall colours, the home was comfortable, the bedrooms cozy and the beds, comfortable. The kitchen living dining open area made for a great communal atmosphere and we had great fireside chats. The weather was gorgeous so it allowed us to do yoga on the expansive deck. It was an all round wonderful stay and Agatha was very responsive to questions.

Amy’s Airbnb was perfect for our Muskoka getaway, and she was an amazing host! We’d absolutely recommend this place and are already planning to go back!

My friends and I stayed at this cottage over Thanksgiving weekend and had an amazing time! The cottage was clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was beautiful, with the canoe, kayak and pedal boat being an amazing way to explore the lake. Kristian was also a great host - responded fast, gave recommendations, and was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place!

Would absolutely return! Cottage was ready when we arrived and looked exactly like the pics. Everything we needed was provided and it was spotless! The view was amazing…steps to a private dock. We were there to unwind and escape reality which is exactly what we did.

Very nice place!! Smaller than I thought it was going to be, but still big enough for the 4 of us! It was very clean, and had everything we needed! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Our Misty River Cabin stay was absolutely dreamy. We stayed for a weekend with our dog and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a beautiful time in nature. The cabin is extremely cozy and has all the cottage feel while still being very luxurious. Every aspect of the cabin from the comfy beds to fully equipped kitchen (and so much more) made it feel very bespoke and special. It rained almost the entire time, but we still enjoyed every moment as we could snuggle in the Muskoka room (with outdoor fire) and watch rain fall on the river as the birds sang, or enjoy movies on the cozy couch next to the fire. Our dog got to enjoy plenty of play on the little beach and shallow water too. It was wonderful to have a vacation the entire family could enjoy. We hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Annmarie’s cottage. The house was fully stocked with anything you might possibly need for a weekend away. Communication was excellent - Annmarie’s clear and proactive instructions made it a breeze to find and access the cottage. Whether in the cottage, on the deck or on the dock, the view of the bay is spectacular. We would definitely stay again!
