You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.

Enjoy the deck with a view of the ducks in the backyard pond or the deer while I am travelling/at the cottage/staying in the second private unit used by me alone. With no smoking of any kind on the property, it is located on a quiet crescent in Bracebridge. Downtown, the Sportsplex, Theatre, restaurants, and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive or a walk away.
