We really enjoyed our stay at Dock Cottage. It was modern elegance mixed with warm vintage touches. It had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable and we loved the dock, hot tub and kayaking on the lake. It was quiet and peaceful and felt far away from everything yet we were an easy walk from Miss Nelle’s coffee shop and ice cream stand where we went each morning for a coffee (opens at 7am), Muskoka Brewing Company for a beer and a few other Baysville shops. The communication and instructions were really helpful and we received prompt replies if we had a question so it felt like we were really taken care of. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

We had a great time at Patrick’s cottage, the location is great, within walking distance from the beach, it’s exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Muskoka cabin. Great views of the lake and was really fun to go out on the canoe and kayaks. The cabin was cozy and nice with a great kitchen and awsome living room for hanging out and relaxing. Host was extremely responsive and nice. She provided helpful clear instructions and information. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The space was exactly as described. Bryan was incredibly responsive, making check-in smooth and the stay hassle-free. The cottage is by the lake with perfect views from the patio. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, the wine bottle, and a well stocked kitchen. My friends and I had a truly fabulous cottage experience here! The washrooms were clean and tidy, which made our stay extra comfortable. We also appreciated the entertainment options available. Even though the weather was a bit cool and the dock slightly tricky to manage, we had an amazing time using the kayaks for the first time! The host provided life jackets, which made our water adventures both safe and memorable. Another highlight was the sauna — such a relaxing and refreshing treat after a day of outdoor activities. It was our first time trying a sauna, and it was easy to use. We loved it! One more thing worth mentioning — one of my friends accidentally left her phone behind. The host and cleaning team acted quickly and efficiently, and the phone was returned the next day! Overall, we would absolutely choose this cottage again. The great location, cleanliness, well-prepared facilities, and the kind and thoughtful host made this a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended!

From beginning to end we had a great experience. The home had gorgeous views and fall colours, the home was comfortable, the bedrooms cozy and the beds, comfortable. The kitchen living dining open area made for a great communal atmosphere and we had great fireside chats. The weather was gorgeous so it allowed us to do yoga on the expansive deck. It was an all round wonderful stay and Agatha was very responsive to questions.

Very responsive, considered and even accommodated to all the needs we had. she allowed us to have a beautiful gathering with some extra friends that came for a celebration of our engagement (not staying at night). It was a lovely place, full of small details that enriched our experience, highly recommend this place.

This is a gem find. It was so comfortable and situated 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. The kitchen was very well equipped the fire pit, the BBQ the outdoor sitting areas were awesome. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. There is a huge TV with so many channels and content to watch. So easy to settle into a movie after dinner. Very comfortable sitting area. We were 3 adults and we all had space to have some downtime and also to enjoy our company. We would swim and go for 5 km beach walks and drive to very cute small towns and discover the tasty bakeries and cool stores. Everyone we met was so lovely and very relaxed. We had a wonderful time and recommend this pace to everyone. Peaceful, fully equipped, comfortable and 3 minutes from a beautiful beach! What can be better. We loved our stay at Tony's place in Victoria Harbour . The place is as described and literally steps away from lake and Trans Canada Trail . Its 10 minutes away from all major amentias and restaurants . The place is well equipped. We have stayed in so many Airbnb's and this is one of the most well organized place we have ever been to.. The place comes with pretty much all the amenities that truly made it home away from home . We would definitely be back here in Summer .
