Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Very cool place near the Enzo Ferrari museum. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again if I visit there again. A bonus, the cafe right below the apartment is a great place for breakfast and cappuccino.

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main station, and the city center is about 15 minutes on foot. Very pleasant space, clean, well-equipped, quiet neighborhood at night. Great host. Warm recommendation.

I was satisfied with Giuseppe's house. Excellent cleanliness, easy to reach and in a strategic location to reach the center ( even on foot). Excellent availability from Giuseppe.

The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Claudia was an extremely sweet and helpful host who always made sure that my friend and I had any information we needed and had all the assistance we needed. The apartment was pristine and extremely well stocked. Beautiful views and an absolutely beautiful apartment with one of the nicest Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had helped contribute to a fantastic trip. Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The house is beautifully situated near Lago Suviana. Large, peaceful garden with a bbq. The area is perfect for people who enjoy nature and culture. Firenze and Bologna are easy to visit. Veronica is very friendly, a perfect host!

Alberto was very welcoming, and it is a nice apartment above his house. Good amenities, and beautiful property. It’s best to have a car as the location is quite rural and industrial.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

We stayed for a weekend in this structure... the house is really cozy and inside nothing is missing... the house is very well cared for, clean and equipped with every comfort... the structure is in an area of complete tranquility and relaxation, but you can reach the highway in a short time... I recommend this place to visit cities like Bologna and Florence... in less than an hour you can arrive in both cities... the host, Marco, is a really helpful person... really recommended... how to feel at home... thank you very much

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. I had wonderful stay during my visit at Bologna. Lisa and Max are super helpful. I felt so touch when they offer their car since lot's of rain during our visit at Bologna. they are definetly super host. the apartment are much more beautiful than the pictures itself. the apartment is wonderfully cleaned, everything you need is there. My stay at Sally's apartment in Modena was just wonderful! It is modern, very well equipped and really cozy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and you can tell that Sally places great emphasis on details to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay. Communication with Sally was also excellent – she was always helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment in Modena and will definitely come back!

The apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the historic center, close to the bar/restaurant district. Parking in the large streets nearby possible and cheap. Comfortable hosting Small but functional kitchen with the bare essentials A fairly large bathroom, with improvements to come announced by the owner. The bedroom area is also comfortable with a large TV. Antonella is very nice and was able to meet our needs perfectly. I highly recommend it for a short trip, professional or personal.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Highly recommend this accommodation! The host was very kind, explained everything and was very helpful. Very nice house and has everything. The location is highly recommended! Don't be fooled by the fact that the accommodation is slightly out of the center, because in reality in 20 minutes on foot you can easily reach the center and then there are many buses.
