Mauro’s apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt as if we were home. He was very friendly and supportive. I’d like to stay in his aparment whenever I come to Bologna

We spent two nights there, everything was great! The jacuzzi overlooking the mountains is a good plus and if you go in summer you can enjoy the fruits that grow on site. There are also a couple of neighbors, who are absolutely adorable and with whom everything went well.

Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

This place is a well hidden gem

The owners showed incredible availability, as well as a kindness that is not always found. They were also very patient and helpful with unforeseen events and organizational changes communicated at short notice. We found the house comfortable, clean and cozy. We were provided with services and amenities of all kinds (full fridge, lots of food for breakfast), and we were also accompanied from the station to the house and from the house to the station. Thank you again very much and certainly on any other occasion when I need to sleep near Bologna, I will return to them. Thank you

The house was impeccable, as described in the photos. Very clean and organized and quite wide. The space is very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. It is a good location for those who think about going to the F1 of Imola because it is very well located in front of the train station and it is in a quiet area. among other attractions in the area. We had some unforeseen external events to the house, which the Host helped us and helped us resolve quickly. Very responsive and communicative. We are very pleased!

We stayed at Diego’s for 6 nights. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to do it earlier, the appartment being ready. The appartment is exactly as it was described, with all the necessary amenities. It is also placed very well, walkable distance to the city center and train station. We had a coffee shop at the ground level and a very good place to eat nearby. Quiet at night, not very hot and not very cold. Easily 5 stars and if we ever get back to bologna, this is the place we’ll stay in.

We loved staying at Elena's apartment in the heart of Bologna. So much to see and do right on our doorstep. Elena met us to show us in and around the apartment. She had created an amazing list of great restaurants and bars that were not in our guide book. We loved that there were almost no tourists at these venues – it felt like an authentic recommendation. The apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. It wasn't that hot, but there was air con for when it is. There are a lot of stairs (it's a top floor apartment), so this might not suit you if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, we would really recommend this place for a short stay in Bologna. Only 15 minutes from the railway station, supermarket at the end of the road and countless bars, cafes and restaurants within metres of the front door. Elena also stays next door, so if you needed anything, she was at hand.

We were here for the F1 GP in Imola. It‘s 30mins away from the track, so it‘s perfect! It‘s very clean, easy check-in and good conversation with Monica. Everything just perfect! If we attend the GP again, we will definetly come back!

Our week's stay in this beautiful area was made even better with Daniele's lovely home and property. It is nestled in the mountains and provided a good starting point every day for traveling around to either Pavullo or to Bologna and Modena. The home was modern, clean, and perfect for having morning coffee and breakfast before heading out for the day. After a day of traveling to see the sights, we sometimes chose to make dinner in the kitchen which had all of the necessities. It was a great experience!

Perfect location with so much to do! The host was very nice and allowed an early check in so we were able to drop our bags and start exploring beautiful Bologna right when we arrived.

We ve really enjoyed Valeria’s apartment. Great location we could walk everywhere. Valeria and Luca were really responsive hosts with their communication and the flat was very quirky and comfortable with a lovely patio and great decor we really enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend it. The garage / parking recommended 1min away was also very secure and practical. Thank you.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

This place was perfect for our needs, having booked the entire villa for a work retreat with 10 people. Everyone had their own space in the private rooms and the common spaces - the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen - were more than spacious, perfect for spending these days together as a group! Vittoria was always very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful and perfect to relax some days. Franco was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in easy. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

Really nice place! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and nice and clean accommodation. Lovely private terrace. The pool was super nice and clean, and we had it all to ourselves. Valter is very friendly and he was flexible both regarding arrival and departure. Although Valter doesn't speak English, communication works fine with Google Translate. Although Valter and his wife live in the same building, you don't hear much from them, so you feel like you have the place all to yourself. A very small downside; The bed on the 1st floor was a very hard. And from the description, you might think that there is aircondition in both bedrooms. However, I had already read in another review that there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. We highly recommend the place and would live to visit again some day.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Our extended family stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the house and the area. Very comfortable with ample room for our family - 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms - there was room for everyone. Tredozio is a cute town with ample restaurants and typical Italian shops. The butcher and the delicatessen are the best. If you need it there is a brand nAme supermarket only about 10 minutes away.
