Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Bologna

An absolutely wonderful place which surpassed our expectations on every front. A beautifully renovated centuries old building with its own beautiful garden. Very spacious with excellent amenities and stylishly furnished. Fantastic location, very central and also whisper quiet.

Our host, Gabriele was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation ist very, very nice, situated only a short drive from the centre. As we walked in, you can see right away that a lot of love and dedication was invested in decorations. In front of the entrance we had a place where we had breakfast surrounded with flowers. Gorgeous!

Alberto is a practical and sympathetic person, after he shows the place, you are very comfortable. I really like it!

I felt right at home. The apartment was very cozy, it had everything and it was very quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from downtown and 20 minutes from the train station. By bus you can reach the center in 20 minutes and the station in 10.

Lovely apartment, great central location and we found it to be quiet at night! We're both light sleepers and weren't disturbed by any noise from the restaurants and market downstairs. The apartment was well-kitted out and had everything you'd need, and the AC was great for the hot summer heat. If I come back to Bologna, I'd definitely book here again.

All right, Angelo is very precise and punctual in communication and check-in, the apartment and room are comfortable and very clean. The area is not particularly valuable, but it still has two convenient supermarkets right under the building and with a walk of about 15 minutes you can reach the center. I found the price expensive, but it must be said that it was the week of the Bologna fair and you know how these things work unfortunately.

Emmanuele is a very welcoming, available and discreet host. The house is spacious and the garden is beautiful and large. Proximity to Bologna (15') and the highway (without the inconveniences). We had a very nice stay and will keep a very good memory.

The apartment is very nice, clean and very well maintained, the right size to be well livable. Claudia is a host who stands out for her kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness, and is able to make guests feel welcome as if they were at home. The apartment is in a quiet area full of nature, but at the same time very close to the central square of Castelnuovo Rangone and to several roads that lead both to the beautiful landscapes of the Emilian Apennines and to Modena. Highly recommended, if possible I will gladly return.

The apartment was big, it looked clean, noise from trains was minimal. Well placed and peaceful.

Francesco was very hospitable and communicative. No issues with checking in or with the stay itself. Parking is free at the nearby hotel and was right next to his apartment. Perfect for someone traveling solo.

Gabriele met us at the front door with a smile on his face and a warm hand shake. He is a kind and personable man who wants his guests to feel welcome and comfortable. He is very accommodating and his recommendations were excellent. His place is spacious and clean and far exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure for our family of five to stay at his place and an equal pleasure to meet Gabriele. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time we stayed at Alberto's but our first time in this apartment - we liked it even more than the other one. The bed was comfortable, the apartment equipped enough and it was within a short walk from the Fiera which was our main focus. For our purposes it was amazing, that the kitchen table is extendable and we loved chilling on the couch after long days of walking - it was really comfy to recover there while chatting. Although we didnt end up using the balconies much, cause it was a little bit too chilly in the mornings to enjoy our coffee there but in a slightly warmer weather it sure would have been the perfect spot for the mornings.

We are a group of 12 boys from 20 to 25 years old, we spent New Year's Eve in Sorbara in Andrea's house. Magnificent house on 3 levels, very spacious and bright rooms, heated floor, large garden and ping pong table We had a great time, I highly recommend it. House located 10 km from clubs and clubs.

We stayed in a lovely cottage in a quiet village. The house is spacious and well equipped: a large living room with a perfect garden for barbecues, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a small gym with a bathroom on the third floor. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy to find parking space and peaceful environment. Highly recommended!

The room at the lower level part which is part of the house was sufficient for a 1-night stay. The location is on the hilly side which is a bit of a walk up and down to the nearest bus stop. Taxi is advisable from the train station or bus stop and Francesca was kind enough to book a taxi for me coz it is hard to book in advance and if you don't speak Italian well. I have tried the app and contacted via the app but it was to no avail. Bologna is vibrant with many tourist attractions. Thank you Francesca for your hospitality

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very spacious, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really thoughtful hosts!

First off the pictures don’t do this gem in the hills outside of bologna justice. This is a stunning villa, with every amenity and tons of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The kitchen also has everyone, and beyond, making it very easy to cook in if you like. Beyond this the location is up in the hills but 20-25 minutes from the center of Bologna. It’s perched atop a hill with stunning views and plenty of walking trails nearby if you want to get lost in the nearby hills. There are also a lot of great restaurants in this area as well within a 5 minute drive. Giuseppe is awesome. His main interest is your well being and he is around for your every need. He even brought us breakfast the first morning. If you want to explore bologna, or the greater region, but be out of the fray this is an absolutely perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place more. We were there with our two kids (5 and 2) and they could not have been happier!
