Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua a Villa Pallegoria e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è su un colle a Monte San Pietro, immersa nella natura con una vista spettacolare. L’ultimo tratto di strada è sterrato, ma facile da percorrere e ne vale la pena per la tranquillità che si trova. La villa è piccola ma ben organizzata: salotto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto, tutto ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Il vero punto forte è il patio coperto con tende che riparano dal sole e dal vento, perfetto per colazione o pranzo all’aperto. Il giardino è ampio e tranquillo, non completamente recintato, noi eravamo con il cane e non ci sono stati problemi. La zona è ideale per passeggiate nella natura. Monte San Pietro è vicino se si vuole visitare il paese. Daniela, l’host, è super gentile e disponibile, rispondendo subito a ogni richiesta e portandoci ciò che mancava per il barbecue. Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi la natura!

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, tek par minuta od glavnog kolodvora, a do centra grada 15ak minuta pješke. Vrlo ugodan prostor, čist, dobro opremljen, mirna četvrt po noći. Odličan domaćin. Topla preporuka.

Alloggio enorme, bello e spazioso. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotto casa, situato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Da tornarci!

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

Ilaria’s place was comfortable and clean, Ilaria was very nice and accommodated all our needs. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for spending a few nights in Bologna. It is only a short walk to the center and the main sights. Comfortable bed as well.

Perfetto per chi deve assistere a un concerto all'Unipol Arena! L'appartamento è comodissimo, situato vicino alla stazione di "Ceretolo", a una sola fermata da "Casalecchio Palasport", proprio dove si trova l'Unipol Arena (volendo, si può raggiungere l’Arena comodamente anche a piedi in circa 20 minuti). Claudia è molto disponibile e gentile: appena siamo arrivate ci ha accolte in stazione e ci ha accompagnate direttamente all’alloggio. L’appartamento è molto bello e con un bel terrazzo. Consigliatissimo!

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

La maison de Véronica est idéale pour un petit séjour en Italie . Nous avons appréciés la cadre et l'environnement . La maison est au calme avec une belle vue . Le jardin et ses lucioles sont un pur bonheur. Et pour les plus matinaux un jolie levé de soleil . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente .

Alberto was very welcoming, and it is a nice apartment above his house. Good amenities, and beautiful property. It’s best to have a car as the location is quite rural and industrial.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend in questa struttura… la casa é davvero accogliente ed all’interno non manca nulla… la casa é molto curata, pulita e dotata di ogni comodità… la struttura si trova in una zona di completa tranquillità e relax tuttavia si raggiunge in breve tempo l’autostrada… consiglio questo posto per visitare città come Bologna e Firenze… in meno di un’ora si arriva in entrambe le città… l’host, Marco, é una persona davvero disponibile… davvero consigliato… come sentirsi a casa… grazie di cuore

Mauro hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, weit über das übliche Maß hinaus. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, komplett eingerichtet, auch die Küche, zentral aber ruhig gelegen, absolut empfehlenswert. Toller Aufenthalt in Madonna dei Fornelli Herzlichen Dank an Mauro

Antonio was great! Communication was awesome! He was very informative.The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Location was great minutes to the train station.

Sono stato da Luca sei volte, ormai é una sicurezza nei miei soggiorni a Bologna. Casa pulitissima, ben attrezzata e con comodo parcheggio con garage all’interno del palazzo. Molto silenziosa e con bel terrazzino esterno per cene estive. Stra consigliata per soggiorni di lavoro o piacere. Ringrazio Luca per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità

Siamo venuti a Sasso Marconi per passare un breve weekend e abbiamo dormito nell'airbnb di Lisa. La casa era perfetta, tutto impeccabile. Lisa e Massimiliano sono disponibilissimi e attenti a tutto, comunicazione al top anche via messaggi. Davvero niente da dire. Grazie ancora e spero ad una prossima !

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. En plein cœur du centre historique, proche quartier bar/restaurants. Parking dans les grandes rues proches possible et pas cher. Hébergement confortable Petite cuisine mais fonctionnelle avec le strict nécessaire Une salle de bain assez grande, avec des améliorations à venir annoncées par la propriétaire. L'espace chambre est lui aussi confortable avec une grande TV. Antonella est très agréable et a su répondre parfaitement à nos besoins. Je recommande pleinement pour un court séjour, professionnel ou personnel.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Consigliatissimo questo alloggio! L'host è stato gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato tutto e molto disponibile. Casa molto carina ed ha tutto. La posizione consigliatissima! Non fatevi ingannare dal fatto che l'alloggio sia leggermente fuori dal centro, perchè in realtá in 20 minuti a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro e poi ci sono tanti bus

Tamara’s place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was very clean and even smelled really nice, but not overpowering. The apartment is very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The location was ideal. A couple of minutes to the bus stop to get into the historic district. Tamara was lovely and easy to communicate with. Free parking was a major plus. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped; she even had nice touches if you forgot shaving cream etc. There were a few doors to get into the building but Tamara walked us through and it was not an issue.
