Cosy cottage in a rural Yorkshire location, ideal for a couples weekend getaway or a special peaceful birthday celebration. Please note, QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AND THIS WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED, 3 ppl max. Hot tub is installed to the rear. Hot tub must not be used from the hours 10pm - 7am & no outside noise. WIFI, south facing garden with views towards the farm fields. Mirfield town is 10 mins walk away. A cute little attached cottage in the heart of hebden bridge. The space consists of the original servants entrance and kitchen, cold store and garden for the main house, Thorn bank house. The space which we’ve named ‘The Nook’ has a newly renovated living space, which is warm, contemporary and light with everything you need for a cosy stay. You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £300.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
