Our historic cottage is nestled on the side of the dramatic Shibden valley, famous as the home of Ann Lister, 'Gentleman Jack'. Shibden View offers luxury, self-catering accommodation for up to four adults. Situated on the cobbled Hough, our recently renovated, 18th century building boasts two en-suite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/diner and a cosy , first floor lounge with panoramic views over Shibden Hall and estate. En suite bathroom with large spa bath, and shower. Secure back garden, with heating, BBQ, lighting and seating, shared with main house.

The ground floor flat, part of our family home in a Victorian end terrace is in a village two miles from Huddersfield. It offers a garden facing living/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. Please give a little information about yourself, it helps us know whether we are the right hosts for your stay, minimum 2 nights. We cannot host long term lets. We can accommodate two people who are happy to share a double bed. Our space is not set up for the needs of babies or young children

Charming one bedroomed self contained cottage

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Chapelfield Croft

Chapelfield Croft is a delightful cottage built of Yorkshire stone, converted from a former outbuilding to the neighbouring barn. Located in the Conservation area of Ripponden, close to St Bartholomew’s Church, the historic packhorse bridge and The Old Bridge Inn dating back to 1307. The cottage is on the edge of the Pennines and a great base who love the outdoors with many varied walks nearby.
