Everything is excellent, very attentive and comes with everything you need to feel at home without hard on another occasion when we return, it will be our favorite place

We enjoyed our stay. Karli was very accommodating and responsive. One small quirk was how we could hear all the neighbors doing almost anything 😳 I would consider staying again though.

Her kindness and attention were outstanding; always available and attentive to any need. Her willingness to help and quick response made me feel supported and welcome. The combination of a beautiful and comfortable space with Andrea's personalized attention makes me recommend it without hesitation.

We loved this place, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. The location is perfect as long as you have a car to get around. Charito is always attentive, and her recommendations are excellent.

Ana was a great host and always communicated when I needed help! Her place was very easy to find and decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back soon!

It was a pleasure to return to this beautiful place, very nice and cozy. Excellent location and better if you are going to do visa processing. The consulate is LITERALLY across the street and next door there is a very nice square.

The place was very good, I would only recommend changing the pillows , they are already a little worn , the area is between 5 and 10 minutes from the peripheral by car ! And to contact the hostess , it's best to dial her at the number that appears on the page , because if she is slow to respond to messages !!

Perfect! I had the privilege of staying in Charitos place for several months! I love the privacy & area! Amenities are great! Yvan & Raul (building staff) are super kind & do an amazing job! The apt. had everything I needed! Charitos place is more well stocked than most airbnbs I've stayed in nearby. Walmart is a 15 min walk. Great restaurants & oxxo are a 5 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything is beautiful, quiet and everything is very close

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Both air conditioners work very well. The apartment complex is very safe and the front desk is very friendly. It's very close to the harbor plaza, so you can find Starbucks, ice cream and shops. Carolina and Octovia are very responsive and attentive.

From the selection of the place, to the moment of departure, everything was excellent. A fairly quiet and very safe area, very memorable!

Everything was fine, we had details with the air in the main bedroom and it was partially resolved. I would only recommend changing linens. Another thing that touched us is a lot of noise from the windows, it was too airy and they sounded a lot, but I think it was something particular from the days we were. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, it is very clean, I would highlight the mattress, which is so comfortable, it was two nights of restful sleep. I would definitely return.

I don't know but the place has a spark that delights when entering the apartment.

The space is exactly as listed, there’s tons to do within walking distance and they were very responsive. Not a single issue: clean linens every week, upstairs pool was clean, hot water, your laundry gets done for you around the corner for 350-450 pesos. you’re 10-15 away from downtown but the DiDi rides are between 4-5 bucks and go EVERYWHERE. Easy to find, VERY safe, clean, they responded instantly to every message and let me do my thing for a whole month. No complaints, would 100% recommend
