very nice house and the photos don't make as much as reality. there was everything in the house, super equipped. very nice and peaceful location. Maura is very kind and super responsive. highly recommend

We loved the house, beautifully furnished, all bedrooms perfect with good beds, high quality furniture, lovely living/eating space with cozy couch, well equipped kitchen. The house is modern and to the highest standard, very beautiful! The views on the Dolomite mountains are spectacular, nice terrace with bbq facing the special view and little garden behind the house w a jacuzzi !!! The hosts are super helpful and friendly (Claudine) and check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and professional. Two things which we had not anticipated was that the house is very much fitted into the center of the village (practical with super market across the street) and therefore sometimes a bit noisy from the road. The pool is across the street and part of a bigger apartment complex, so it is not private but quite busy and loud. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely come again, it is a beautiful place.

Perfect long weekend in the woods! Went there with my wife and our dog for a 4days in nature and this was dreamy. The place is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, ideas to disconnect with the world and connect with nature. Angelo is responsive, friendly and very friendly. He even help us with my car keys that I’ve forgot in the car. Cannot recommended him enough, he’s an exceptional host and the place is wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Andrea was incredibly helpful, providing great local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Our family loved exploring Cavalese and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend both the place and its fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay . The house is in a beautiful setting , we felt cared by the hosts who were warm and welcoming . A real place to getaway from it all . The house was well heated and super clean with a well equipped kitchen . Many thanks !!

An amazing holidays break to total relaxation. House is located in a remote place that has all you need to enjoy your self and family. Great spot for dog owners as well as there are lots of places for the dogs to run freely. If looking a place to switch off and have some activities - this can be top of your list.

Excellent stay, somehow missed point that bed sheets is not provided before booking, but otherwise everything great according to pictures, beautiful scenic view on garden.

Such a nice stay at Pardellerhof! Wonderful place for kids. Our 14 month old loved seeing the cows and chickens every day, and the petting farm across the street was endless entertainment as well. The cottage was super clean, cozy, yet spacious. There are plenty of hikes to do from the airbnb and a short drive away. We loved it and hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

We had a great stay in this house! The place is beautiful and very quiet, perfect for relaxing with a group of friends. The chalet is incredibly beautiful and a wonderful place to vacation. We felt comfortable right away and enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and the great sauna. Chalet is clean and the scenery around it is serene and beautiful. Host met us at a designated parking lot and brought us up the mountains to the chalet. Winding roads lead up to the chalet, so the smaller the car, the easier it is to maneuver. We received a welcome basket from the host filled with wine and snacks, and the fridge was filled with some bottles of water, ham and cheese. He also showed us around the chalet and shared local tips, emergency/contact numbers and recommendations. Very nice and responsive host. Air BnB charge does not include local tax so you will have to pay to the host at the end of your stay. 2.30 Euros per person per night as of July 2024, kids under a certain age are exempt (I think it’s under 14 but I am not sure). All in all, a wonderful stay at this chalet.

A great place to stay with genuine ski-in/ski-out. We stayed here with a second family and thoroughly enjoyed both the property and the slopes. Facilities were great, boot room was super helpful with 9 people - we'd definitely come back for another trip!

Friendly and helpful host Very large and spacious place Sauna/projector/gym are very welcome plus and we used them a lot. Spectacular views of the valley and snow-capped mountains. Nearby ski resort Great choice for a time in the area

Beautiful home with amazing views throughout - would recommend.

Great and quaint cottage located right on the river. A unique panorama. We felt very comfortable. The next gondola is within walking distance, which takes you to great hiking trails. Hosts Sabine and Peter are totally friendly and helpful. That was certainly not the last visit.
