Nearby are the thermal baths, the city center, grocery stores, a pharmacy, several restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlors, cafes, tennis court ... Ideal starting point for walks and excursions.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.
