An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. The place was awesome. Beautiful scenery. We felt right at home. Ryan and James answered all our questions. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery and all you need to be comfortable this is the place.

Beautiful home!! The yard is a wonderland of flowers! We saw a deer walking by a few times! We walked a few minutes to the beach and enjoyed the four chairs on the bluff! We bbq’d on a very nice grill and enjoyed a nice clean hot tub under the stars! The kitchen had everything we needed! Nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms! Lovely place!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a great place! All the raving reviews are true and we consider this one of our top 3 places to stay in the north coast. Everything was just perfect, a magical place to relax and rejuvenate. The cherry on top were the beds - super comfortable and just perfect! We’d definitely come back. Don’t hesitate and just book it!

We’ve been coming up to Farmhouse Oasis on & off the last 5+ years and everytime we visit we’re grateful to have access to such a restorative place that now feels like a home away from home. Our 14yr old pup has to be coaxed with treats and her leash to leave her designated lounging spot by the pool on check-out day because she feels so comfy & safe there. I couldn’t say more positive things about Trinette! Communication with her is easy and genuine. She is the epitome of a gracious and kind host/human. She’s curated a space that feels grounded, calm and for the duration of your stay - entirely yours. I couldn’t reccemend it more and trust me your pup will love it too.

This is a beautiful home at a beautiful location. We loved the peaceful vibe, the house feels very serene and deer munching in the front yard only add to it. We also loved that it is pet friendly yet very clean. The kitchen and coffee bar are well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Huge bonus for us was the electric car charger in the garage - so nice in a fairly remote location. It's not far to Point Arena which has a surprising number of restaurants, a theatre and a bakery that people drive for miles to get to. Franny's bakery is a must, hardest thing is restraining yourself from ordering 1 of everything. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was a bit grimy and when we communicated this the solution offered was to use a rag which didn't get out the dirt and debris floating around. Definitely recommend this place and would love to return.

Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

We had a lovely time at Richard and Yuka’s guesthouse. They were very kind and welcoming. We could access all the Sea Ranch amenities if we wished to do so (pool, pickleball, tennis, lodge). We took some gorgeous walks a short drive away. The Sea Ranch Chapel is a wonder unto itself. Any restaurants require a bit of a drive and the guesthouse has limited cooking capacity so do plan ahead. Overall a lovely stay with a lovely family.

The Sea Ranch is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There is so much light in the house and the windows are huge and looks out into a field where we saw fox, deer, and birds pass by the house. Barbara was also very proactive and responsive. The air bnb comes with passes that give you access to the pool and tennis court, which are really nice. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

The Treehouse is a great place to stay in Sea Ranch. Close to the south end near the Lodge, it's close to beaches, recreation center, and hiking right outside your door. The house itself is spacious for a one bedroom. As other reviewers have noted, it looks even better in person than the pictures. Jill was a lovely host and was flexible when something for us came up. The house has everything you need. I would stay again!

The house was perfect getaway for a relaxing spring break with my two tween kids and dog. It's definitely a place you want to cozy up in and read a book when it rains. It was decorated beautifully. The master bedroom was great, best night sleep and the little hidden loft was great for my kids. Did not miss having a TV, loved the record player and it offered us time to disconnect and play a lot of board games. However, wifi was strong when the kids did want to play/watch things on their tablets. Scenery around the house is stunning and it's close by the Sea Ranch Lodge if we wanted to go out for breakfast or dinner. Not too far from Stewarts Point General Store as well which was a cute spot. My kids loved the place so much they asked if we could move there!

Chad’s place is a magical, secluded spot where we felt so at home. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and Chad thought of everything to make our stay go smoothly. The location of the cottage is breathtaking. We can’t recommend Chad’s place enough! We loved it so much we found it hard to leave!

Awesome, quirky, and cute. Hot tub is nice, as is the whole seating area out there. If you are a fan of creative spaces, different styles of stays, and don’t need or do fancy, this place is ideal. It is creaky and if you are over six feet tall you’ll have to duck at one spot, but that stuff adds to the cute factor not subtract. Good spot

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

A charming stay under a redwood tree nestled in a garden oasis, with beautiful patio, comfy bed, and an outdoor kitchen & bath that was heaven on earth. A truly unique experience to bathe under the stars and enjoy morning coffee by the fire pit. A wonderful redwood trail not far from the property (Grove of Old Trees) was a perfect compliment to our stay at The Perch!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Rustic High Tide Cottage! This place is a dream for nature lovers! The location is perfect for hiking and kayaking—so much to explore right from the doorstep. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing beneath you is pure magic. We woke up to beautiful natural light streaming in every morning, and even got the occasional friendly moo from nearby cows—such a charming touch! The host was thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Well apointed cabin in a stunning location - you will sleeping among the Redwoods.

We had the most incredible stay at Mama K’s! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the Russian River with gorgeous views and a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. Also, the wildlife was great to watch out for! Many deer, birds (even eagles!) and foxes! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (lots of great updates!) with everything we needed. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Our dogs were in heaven! They loved exploring the property, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the fresh air. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place that feels this special, but Mama K’s delivered on every level. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mama K, for sharing this magical place with us, we’ll definitely be back.
