Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. This is a stunning and amazing Airbnb! Only 15 minutes from Mendocino, yet you feel like you’re in the middle of the woods. The house has tons of light from all the beautiful windows. The kitchen is complete and allowed us to cook dinner there. We saw deer and wild turkeys, and heard horses in the distance. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

What an absolutely beautiful cottage with gorgeous views! It was easy finding the place, and the instructions for checkin were very clear. The cottage itself is modern and tastefully furnished. The best part is the cozy corner nook with views of the ocean in every direction. The deck was great and we loved drinking coffee to the sound of ocean waves. Lots of great things to do around here -- Point Arena lighthouse is a good visit, there are trails around there, and Gualala has a few spectacular trails too. We had amazing pizza at the Point Arena. In the other direction, Mendocino is another famous destination. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and we are really grateful to have stayed here for a fantastic family trip. We hope to be back as soon as we can.

We had a perfect stay in at Beach Trail Cottage. The home was impeccable, thoughtfully-designed and in a gorgeous and tranquil setting. I loved the serene colors and beautiful furnishings. This was a prefect base for exploring multiple parks and the Mendocino coast.

A serene sauna interior is showcased, featuring smooth cedar wood paneling that envelops the space. Benches are positioned along the walls, and a stone heater is thoughtfully placed in the corner, accompanied by a wooden bucket, inviting relaxation and tranquility.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! Would personally recommend having an suv as the dirt path was rougher than initially thought, but easy to navigate once you do it once. The cabin itself is so peaceful, with complete privacy and separation from the main site. The outdoor shower and fireplace were the best part that we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely recommend stopping in a bigger city to grocery shop as the options nearby are limited and some of the stocked goods were expired. Overall definitely recommend and we'll be staying again next time we're in the area!!

Lauren‘s place was wonderful! Such a cool space, very open and unique. Plenty of room for our family of five, with lots of options for sleeping. There was the queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a futon in the bedroom. Also a fold out bed in the main room, and a daybed and couches, so lots of options. Lots of linens and blankets and pillows. Huge TV for family movie night. Very well equipped kitchen. I liked that there were two bathrooms since we had a family. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. We saw a fox (maybe coyote?)! Lauren was very responsive and very helpful. Really only positive things to say! Great experience.
