SUPERHOSTEntire cottage · 4 guests · 3 beds · 1 bathAdorable cottage, in central Melrose with garden.Stone-built, semi-detached cottage with an abundance of charm and character , coal fire and central heating .The cottage is quite deceptive and the main rooms are spacious. It has a lovely cottage garden overlooking the Malt burn, which is bounded by the woods on the base of the Eildons. Ground floor, bathroom; sitting room (with digital/free view tv and fireplace); small bedroom; dining kitchen; and upstairs, the main bedroom and one further small bedroom.
What guests are saying:“We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely little cottage which is more spacious than you might think. The fantastic, freshly baked scones - complete with butter and jam, tea / coffee and milk, were just one of the lovely homely and welcoming touches provided by Isla & Elliot. Storm Dennis decided to interfere with the newly serviced boiler but Elliot was down in jig time to get back up and running. A lovely base in this beautiful Borders town. Thanks. Hope to return before too long.”

What guests are saying:“This modern, bright apartment is ideally situated to explore surrounding countryside or only 5mins drive from Tweedbank park and ride train station and then about an hour into central Edinburgh. Bigger shops in Galashiels only 10mins away though Melrose shops were great- butcher and a good Coop especially. Wifi , TV , hairdryer, full length mirror, plenty of hot water. The Dingleton Apartments are a very tasteful conversion of a old hospital retaining some lovely features. Always plenty of free car parking outside apartment. Shared front access door but own front door to apartment. Highly recommended. ”

Lots of local information provided as well as books puzzles for time spent in. Location is perfect within walking distance to the main Streets of Melrose & for an extra walk down along the river. Parking at the door & bonus bathrooms upstairs & downstairs. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. Great communication & we booked last minute so very, accommodating.”
