It also has a large bathroom with wash basin and walk in shower, plus toilet. Whether you've come for some rest and recuperation or to have an action-packed adventure, the Main Street Burrow is the perfect hideaway.

I provide basic groceries for a self-service breakfast - an Aldis store is 1min away, & b'fasting cafe 2mins. By car or bus, you are nearby all the attractions the Scottish Borders are so famous for. Day trip to Edin? Running well, first trains to Edinburgh start before 7am, and last return just before midnight - perfect base for Edin Festival.

The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private courtyard garden at the rear of the cottage.

The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Gorgeous refurbished Clockhouse cottage in woodland on private estate near amazing riverside walks, near the village of Earlston and in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders. Clean comfortable and chic - perfect for fishing the Tweed, visiting Melrose and taking an understated staycation. The porch is for logs, boots and muddy things. Plenty of parking, secluded walks from the door, peaceful, starry skies, views across the valley toward hills and river, secluded wild swimming a short stroll from your accommodation, and a log stove to relax in front of. Private entrance, lovely enclosed garden. Sorry no dogs except assistance dogs.
