All good and as described. Very clean. Balcony had great views over the the sea and south to the dunes. Balcony was always in shade (we visited in end of April which gave rest from the sun. Always free sunbeds and chairs at pool area to get the sun. Easy walk to beach (using lift) where selection of beach bars and restaurants were found. Had a great stay.

Wonderful and well-equipped apartment, very close to the Yumbo center and to the beach. Angelika has been a very professional and responsive host. I would definitely stay again.

I have already stayed in various holiday properties in Maspalomas, but Crescencio's bungalow is by far the best! The very well-kept complex "Villa Golf" consists of only 14 units, and the number 5 is the perfect "home away from home". Very lovingly and thoughtfully renovated, clean and well equipped (although, as with holiday properties normal, crockery and cutlery are reduced to the residents and thus invitations to friends need some improvisation) and simply cozy. I immediately felt at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, I haven't slept so well for a long time. Although the terrace is located to the main road and has a bus stop right next to it, the stay still offers a lot of peace and relaxation. Check-in and checkout very straightforward, and questions are answered very quickly. Crescencio is a very good host with heart, and this is reflected everywhere. If I may, I will be very happy to come back and can only recommend everything here!

You can't find better hosts. We have traveled a lot in our lives, so far not on Airbnb, but Sabina proved to be an outstanding host like we have never had before. Warm, helpful and accommodating. Your tips on restaurants and cultural activities have greatly enriched our vacation. For Gran Canaria, we would never choose another place to stay. Thanks Sabina and Fabio

We had a wonderful stay at Clary’s bungalow. The property is located in a peaceful, tranquil setting moments away from the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas. Easy access to the dunes (which are a must see) & to the shops and restaurants. The bungalow has everything you need - home from home!

Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

An excellent apartment with a fantastic view. The host was very responsive when we had a few teething problems. All sorted very professional and quickly. It was our 1st holiday in 8 years. So too unwind in this peaceful place was lovely. We would love to come back and stay again. But being a superhost myself, its not that easy to go away. All in all a great location and having a car enanbled us to see a lot of the island.

A very cozy and cozy little bungalow, with all the necessary amenities, everything was sparkling clean. One also has complete privacy with the nicely finished outdoor space. Francesco is a fantastic host. If we come back to this region, we will definitely book back to this place.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Manoj very kindly welcomed us and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and very close to shops, taxis, and the bus station, which made getting around super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The mattress was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on, so comfortable! The highlight was definitely the terrace spacious with amazing views, perfect for relaxing in the morning or evening. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! We absolutely loved staying in Maria's place. Fab location, two minutes from the beach and close to a great selection of many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, long or short. We loved the terrace with the table, chairs and sun loungers. Full sun all day long and well into the evening. Beautiful entrance to the apartment block with lovely trees, plants and flowers. Maria was very helpful when we had a problem, maintenance arrived in minutes to help us and all was sorted incredibly quickly. With a very late flight home, we were very grateful for a late check-out! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will certainly be back next time we visit Gran Canaria. 😃🌞

The accommodation was amazing. Everything looked just like I saw it in the photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and with an amazing view of the ocean. We also appreciated the pool, which is part of the apartment rental. I haven't met a host like Max in a long time. He is very helpful, he advised us on everything, he was kind and always available when we needed something. As a big bonus, I perceive that he left us in the apartment longer on the day of departure, due to a later flight, without any problem. I felt right at home. Thank you, Max! And we look forward to seeing you next time!

Excellent 10 night stay. Apartment is on top floor of a quite apartment block. Good location, 5 minutes to Yumbo centre, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade. 20 minute stroll gets you to the dunes. Bus stops very nearby so hire car not needed. Everyone I met at the complex during my stay was friendly and always said hello. Good standard of furniture & fittings, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed and I slept very well. Large balcony with sea view. I was met on arrival by Pedro's partner and although I was early I was able to check in straight away and he took time to show me around the apartment. Communication with Pedro was very good from time of booking through to departure. I enjoyed my stay and left refreshed and relaxed. I visit the resort several times a year and if Pedro's apartment is available for future visits then I wouldn't hesitate to rebook, not least because it is such good value for the standard of the apartment and it's location. Highly recommended.

We loved Alexis’s place! We had a great stay. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants, the promenade and the beach. The private courtyard and pool were great for sunbathing and swimming. Alexis was very friendly and easy to work with.

This accommodation is definitely perfect for a great vacation in GC. It is very well equipped and the location is central. The hosts are up for everything you need. I recommend it 100%.

Nice little apartment, which is totally sufficient for two people. We didn't miss anything, as everything was available. The location and surroundings are totally quiet. By car, it's 10 minutes to Maspalomas Beach or Playa de Ingles. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely visit again!

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. A modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!
