This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Unparalleled location!

We stayed 8 nights and wish it was longer! Everything was awesome! Kathy is very responsive and helpful. Her place is impeccable and she has everything u might need there. I went out to buy some bug spray and then saw a whole can in the laundry room after!!!!! Do look around because it’s probably in there! Property is a little piece of heaven! Fished off dock and beach was closer than I thought it would be! And “private” is an understatement!!! 2 days there was no one in sight!!!!!! Absolutely awesome and will be back! Very comfortable home with all you need for quick stay. Close to Melbourne airport. We stayed here for a few days before joining a larger group in cocoa beach perfect little house for our group of 4.

The house was very nice and clean. Paul was a great host messages multiple times to make sure we knew how to get in. what to do at check out. also very friendly and the house had some thoughtful touches thing you may have forgotten there for you. I would definitely stay there many times.

Nicest place I think we've stayed. The house is amazing, right on water, private, and had everything you could possibly need. Grill, fire pit, and plenty of chairs to sit outside. fantastic location. easy walk downtown and quick ride to the beach. Beth communicated great and went out of her way to immediately replace a coffee maker that wasn't working, even though we told her it was fine. inside of house just as nice as outside. We will def try and book again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided all the information I needed. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

This home is highly recommended! Great location while attending our Annual Community Service Conference, less than 10 minutes away from the Hilton. They thought of everything you could possibly want in your own home, feels really at home! It is perfect! The backyard is huge and well maintained, very calm and relaxing! An abundance of clean linen, comfortable furniture and squeaky-clean kitchen with more than enough appliances and other amenities! If you are a great driver, the busy street will be no problem at all plus the driveway is large enough to do a 3-point turn without getting on the lawn. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We loved it and will reserve again on our next visit!

Lovely home that felt and looked very clean, had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home. Stephanie was very responsive and very courteous. We had several last minute requests and she was not only accommodating but very kind and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

My wife and I have been coming to the Cocoa Beach area for several years. This was the first time I saw this place available, and what a hidden gem it is. Great location and super close to everything. Super clean, and what a view. Has everything you possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to all the needed beach necessities. Will definitely be back again, actually have already booked for next year! Highly recommend this host and condo! Thanks for letting us stay.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

This is my third day in this beautiful condo, well decorated clean as can be, beautiful kitchen, full refrigerator. Extremely comfortable and right on the beach as well as within walking distance to restaurants and stores. I will be back. The hosts are amazing! Thank you, David and Eileen….
