1 bedroom 2nd story garage apartment overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Two guests only. Private beach access on property with private parking. Property is quiet with hosts living in separate building. Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.
