Our bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 100 years old, built in the late 1900s. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River and we can accommodate kayaking, fishing, & boat dockage. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
“Brenda is just an amazing host and tge place was fantastic. Right on the beach, had access to kayaks and we even did some fishing. Just stayed the one night and the only regret is not staying longer. Watch the most amazing sunset and the place was so clean and comfortable. Will definetly be back very soon. Highly recommend 👌”

“Very well designed place with a lot of thoughtful touches. Susan went far and beyond with items provided. This studio has everything you can imagine. Even candles have matches next to them. 5 min walk to a supreme beach and 5 minutes drive to everything else. I would stay again. Perfect for singles or couples. Enjoy!”
Award winning tiny house barn model now ready for Airbnb! Nestled under the orange and oak trees, very quiet and peaceful. Full service kitchen with farmhouse sink, full sized refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave, and separate oven! Custom bathroom with glass enclosed shower including river rock floor, distressed barnwood tile, and rubbed bronze fixtures! Yes, it has a washer and dryer. Climb up into the loft and drift off to sleep in your very own tiny barn oasis!
“Fantastic stay! I enjoyed this little red barn so much! All the lighting controls, the blinds and curtains for privacy, the TV that can be repositioned - it's these little customizable details that added so much to this experience! I stayed 3 nights and it was a perfect, unique way to change up the monotony of quarantining. Impeccably clean. Cool A/C and a fan in the loft since it's a little warmer up there. Has cooking essentials (plus salt and pepper, mustard and ketchup readily available). Location is perfect - super close to the beaches which were not crowded at all. Also it is only about 1 hour from Titusville where you can see bioluminescence in the water on Indian River - spectacular! Hosts were very helpful with the few things I needed during my stay. Very friendly and wore masks when they came by. Thank you! I will be back!”
