Small but comfortable apartment in convenient location- right next to train station & couple blocks to the tram. Quiet spot around corner from Sydney Rd with lots of shops and restaurants. Only one burner works on stove, so perhaps better to go out to one of 1000 nearby restaurants.

Very Beautiful spot

This is a really great air bnb. Extremely clean, beautiful fresh clean bedding. What stood out for me is that is was a really excellent set up. I also appreciated a decent array of towels including a hand towel and face washer, well provisioned shower and bathroom. Wayne was a proactive and communicative host. All in all, a great set up. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this great cozy place. Very conveniently located too.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

From our first contact with Henry once the reservation was placed, it was a seemless and totally enjoyable experience. Henry met us as arranged and was the friendliest and most helpful Gent that anyone could hope for. The property is exemplarary, spotless, filled with love and had such a good vibe about it, we couldn't help but relax and enjoy the neighbourhood. Henry; thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail and for allowing us to fall in love with Melbourne all over again...after around 8 years since our last visit. I can not recommend this property enough and hope future guests love it as much as we did. We loved our stay at Michelle’s. This place is 5stars, beautiful touches of thoughtful items for guests, condiments, oils and a stocked pantry of useful items for cooking, beautiful crockery and fluffy towels. The bed is super comfy, couch and sitting area was great to relax after day exploring, working etc. University just around corner and work space perfect to catch up on study, work etc. Walking distance and easy access to the city centre and Queen Victoria markets We will be back and recommend this place to couples when they are in Melbourne. Michelle thinks of the guest experience at all times, with so many nice/thoughtful items. Thanks Michelle for hosting us. Beautiful place.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Beautiful views and very clean apartment

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. Awesome location - walk to everything but so quiet. Excellent sleeping conditions. Very cosy climate control. Loved Raymond's place and hope to return.

We had such a fabulous stay. The cottage is well appointed and thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It’s a very cool and cheery interior. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower pressure was seriously amazing. Josh was really responsive to messages and so thoughtful. The generous touches with some provisions in the kitchen and even treats for our dog were greatly appreciated. The cottage is close to transport and close to the city. So many great cafes nearby. Great central location to explore Melbourne. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

A wonderfully centrally located place that is surprisingly quiet and tranquil considering a great neighbourhood pub is literally two doors away! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy all Fitzroy and Collingwood have to offer and the parking pass makes it a breeze to find parking. Highly recommended!

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

The location of the unit is super convenient. There is no hassle and stress to travel to the airport in very early morning. Aster provided prompt and warm assistance for any enquiries.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.
