A stay in Maple Cottage feels like a warm hug. What stood out most for us was the immediate ambience of coming home, on arrival. It was very easy to relax in the comfort of this clean, cosy space, situated in a quiet neighbourhood very conveniently located to amenities. Attention to detail in the décor and the interior design skills of whoever has decorated Maple cottage, have achieved a very good balance of function, simplicity and quality in this lovely home. Thank you Nancy for your quick responses and ease of communication. I would love to stay in Maple Cottage again.

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Absolutely loved our stay at Olinda Woods Retreat! Emma was incredible throughout every stage with excellent communication and going above and beyond. She included lovely breakfast provisions (also catering to dietary requirements). Emma's dad popped by to welcome us and did an incredible job making the gardens look immaculate! We had some photos taken for an elopement style wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and gardens! Can't wait to return, hopefully for our 1 year anniversary next May!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved spending the weekend here. Beautiful home, very cozy, with everything you need, and such a quick walk to everything (although its almost better to stay inside by the fire). The hosts are super responsive, very helpful and flexible! Would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Great place, great for a visit to the MCG, great location

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

This was a great place to stay, the view out over Albert park was gorgeous and you could see it from the bedroom. We found heaps of great restaurants close by, walking distance if you felt like it. Tamara was very helpful and responsive, even for late messages, would highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

Lovely apartment . Very secure. Very easy access to and from train station. Close to many good restaurants and bars Small in size which is accurately described. We appreciated the flexible check in and detailed instructions. We hope to stay again in the future

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

Kelvis place was fantastic!! Perfect location, great communication and was made life so easy!! Definitely value for money!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

Our stay was comfortable with all necessary comforts provided. The apartment was very clean, spacious bathrooms (helpful when travelling with a child) and the kitchen well equipped for our purposes. We had an overnight flight, and our hosts were accommodating with us requiring a different check-in. The express IGA is a minute's walk away to buy any basics you might need after travelling. There are local cafes in the streets behind the building (less than 5-minute walk) for a quick bite. The Southbank promenade is also under 5 minutes from the apartment with many restaurants to choose from (Pure South became our go to for breakfast, great menu and service). We were only a short walk from a pedestrian bridge to cross the Yarra, giving us easy access to Melbourne's great laneways and other attractions.
