From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described (if not better). The host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable — with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, the bed was super comfy, and every detail had clearly been thought through with care. Whether you're staying for business, a weekend getaway, or a longer break, this place is a hidden gem. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

James was very accommodating, very polite and communication was great. The place was really easy to find and everything was very well explained. The apartment was super clean, a lovely modern, open and airy place with a great feel to it to enjoy and chill. Everything we needed was provided so that the stay was easy and without an issue at all. Will defo stay again in future, a lovely place and host.

We had a great stay at the West Wing. We were a group of 4 couples and a few little kids and everyone was comfortable and happy in the accommodation. Hosts were very helpful and responsive despite it being a very last minute booking due to another cancellation. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms felt recently renovated, nice dining room for everyone to hang out in. Beautiful grounds to wander!

I was working nearby and I brought my dog down so my hotel had a no pet policy so had to find alternative accommodation Deens apartment in a converted church was convenient and ticked all boxes. Great value for money for this high standard of property. Had a few small issues due to previous guests but they were swiftly resolved by the host. Future Superhost in the making that’s for sure. Highly Recommended

A stunning countryside venue that made our wedding unforgettable—though communication could be improved. The setting was magical, and Jaqua was kind and helpful throughout most of the process. However, there were issues: outdated marquee photos led to confusion, and a last-minute £500 deposit request added stress just days before the event. We’re grateful she ultimately allowed the agreed setup and the day was beautiful. Regarding the music—yes, it went 15 minutes over and we take full responsibility. With so much happening, we lost track of time. We did ask the DJ to turn it down, but the way it was handled—threatening to “pull out his sockets”—was unprofessional and unnecessary. The right thing would’ve been to approach me or my husband directly—we were present and would’ve resolved it instantly. That said, we're glad you enjoyed the open bar and shared in our joy. We'd recommend this venue—with clear, early communication, mutual respect, and written agreements.

The accommodation is set in beautiful grounds in a very grand house. Whilst it is set up as private accommodation, it is still a part of their home and so is separated by lockers adjoint doors, so there is some mutual noise transferred between guest and the owners. However, the place is extremely spacious, very well equipped (knives, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc), TVs and the Japanese toilets were something we noticed in the photos and we're a good plus. Bim was very hospitable and to prove how well it worked for us, we extended our stay.

My family and I stayed at Nigrita’s delightful little apartment whilst holidaying in England visiting relatives. From check in until check out the hosting was communicative, quick and incredibly accommodating. In addition there are fantastic walks in the Essex countryside on your doorstep! we would love to stay again.

Very nice clean place, just what we expected

Thanks to Ola and family for hosting, the annex at the side of the house was great, really modern with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room area, and all situated in a beautiful area in the countryside, about 20mins drive from Tunbridge. Highly Recommend.

Cozy room , conveniently near to Queens hospital(under 5 mins walk) , Romford Town centre about 10 mins walk. Had no issues during the stay, friendly host who responds in a timely manner.

A really great find, close to Romford station. A great springboard into London. The area is in a residential area, people are friendly and the apartment feels really secure. Feels safe at night too . Things you should know about this area. It is next to an ambulance depot so there is an occasional siren noise. The apartment itself is totally accurate to the pics. In fact it’s better in person as you’ll get a better feel for the spaciousness of the place. The apartment is very nicely decorated, and the bed and sofa are very comfortable. So much so, we fell asleep on the sofa one night and had a good sleep:) TV is a smart tv so access to Netflix etc is all ready. The kitchen is well equipped, we did some light cooking and had everything we needed. The cupboard space is aplenty with the huge sliding door wardrobe. The bathroom is nice with a bath and shower. The water stays hot enough for as long as you need and that shower set up does wonders for freshening up. 100% recommend.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. Yvonne was the perfect host and responded very quickly.The apartment is lovely and clean and spacious and has everything you could need . Great location with a shop only just around the corner and a few minutes walk to the local town and train station. Highly recommend booking a stay here . We have already booked in our next stay .
