Kevin’s House was Perfect ! The place was spotless and felt like a home . It was giving everything we expected. The neon lights under the TV were aesthetically pleasing, it felt more like a cinema room than a living room😍. Kevin is a patient and easy going . His response times were immaculate too, he literally answered any questions I had ! We walked in to a cute house tour and he had pre- warmed the hot tub for us, (with AMAZING JETS !!) by the way . If we could have stayed an extra night we like have☺️. The best accommodating host i’ve had in a long time , Im beyond grateful🙏🏾 . Thankyou for making our stay one for the books❤️ !

The place was really nice, ideal for families. The host we're very accomdating and met all out needs. I couldn't thank them anymore. However, I would stat that Sykes are very difficult to deal with, unresponsive and my queries went unresolved. I would definitely book again and wait for the host to get in touch instead of raising anything with Sykes. The house met all our standards and the host we're very nice.

I stayed at Wendy's place for my birthday. Can say it was my favourite birthday, from the spacious area, massive garden, luxurious hot tub and all in all nice area; I had nothing to complain about. Wendy was very helpful, making sure we had everything in check, making sure we found it easy and straightforward to find the place and even on the day of departure wished us well on our drive back. It honestly felt like a home away from home, so many beautiful sights which are easy to get to, a tesco just down the road which had everything we needed and the beds were oh so comfortable. The overall vibe of the area and the bnb was very relaxing, I felt completely safe and stress free despite being in an area I've never been before and I already have plans on staying there again. The only complaint I have is that I didn't stay longer hahaha. But if you have your eyes on this place, trust me. You wont regret it.

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

A stunning countryside venue that made our wedding unforgettable—though communication could be improved. The setting was magical, and Jaqua was kind and helpful throughout most of the process. However, there were issues: outdated marquee photos led to confusion, and a last-minute £500 deposit request added stress just days before the event. We’re grateful she ultimately allowed the agreed setup and the day was beautiful. Regarding the music—yes, it went 15 minutes over and we take full responsibility. With so much happening, we lost track of time. We did ask the DJ to turn it down, but the way it was handled—threatening to “pull out his sockets”—was unprofessional and unnecessary. The right thing would’ve been to approach me or my husband directly—we were present and would’ve resolved it instantly. That said, we're glad you enjoyed the open bar and shared in our joy. We'd recommend this venue—with clear, early communication, mutual respect, and written agreements.

Vincent was extremely helpful with anything we needed to know and responded very quickly. the place was very unique with so much detail. even though it's end of his garden it did not feel like that as has been made to be very private. the jacuzzi was lovely with the fairy lights around it. the bottom bunk of the bed was so cozy and the tv in there made it even more enjoyable. and could even have a curtain round it. didn't want to get of bed 😅 also the bathroom had bird noices when you went in there which was a nice touch.

‘Small but perfectly formed’ comes to mind! There is so much packed in to a cosy little space and just perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. The kitchen area is well equipped, with a very efficient hob and oven and the little fridge is perfectly adequate. The shower room is very clean and modern. I cannot think of anything missing from this little gem and the outside space is lovely to sit and enjoy the bird song. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was very sheltered and private. The access track is long and bumpy, so probably not ideal for a low sports car, but otherwise a perfect little hideaway. Ps. Heidi’s honey is delicious!

Such a beautiful place and the hosts were really friendly. This area of Kent has so many lovely walks, we really enjoyed visiting some local churches. The shepherd’s hut has all the essentials, and the decking and hot tub overlooking the lake are glorious. It was lovely meeting the hosts’ spaniel!

Great cabin and location. Exactly as described and perfect to unwind. Julie is a really informative host and provided a lot of local knowledge in terms of places to go & things to do etc. Perfect weekend getaway.

We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

Perfect relaxing break! The Lodge for 2ad or the Retreat adjacent for 4, share enormous garden area but both are so private to rent independently with their own facilities. Quality equipment & furnishings & large gas BBQ. Real hot tub (not blow up pool) available on arrival to use 24/7 if you wanted! Lovely touches of Prosecco, chocs & marshmallows to welcome you. Fire pit & outdoor quoits were fun. Comfy bed, double shower and bathrobes provided, along with all necessary basics. Kitchen fully equipped. An inside & an outside fridge were a fab bonus. We had sunshine so could use the sun loungers on the raised decking to appreciate the countryside orchard views. 15mins walk into village to 2 great Gastro pubs if required. Outside covered lounge & TV sounded strange initially but it worked. Kari’s communication was 1st class too. Also appreciated the standard checkout being noon ! Everything has been thought of here. We’ll be back 🥰xx
