We had a short but wonderful stay, during the half term break. There was so much to do in the local area for the kids, with a good park just at the end of the road as well. We always drove, and the town centre was less than five mins away. Same as the beachfront with all the amusements, restaurants, and Adventure Island which was perfect for the kids. The house itself was very good, with parking. Very spacious with lounge, dining area, and a beautiful kitchen. I also managed to get some work done in the "study area" too. All round a good stay.

A living area is presented, featuring a flat-screen TV mounted above a stone fireplace. Two framed photographs hang on the wall, and minimalistic decor items are displayed on nearby surfaces. Subtle lighting enhances the cozy environment.

The air bnb was clean, spacious and easy to find. 10-15 minute walking distance to where we needed to go in the town centre or a 5 minute drive. Responses from the owner and instructions were easy to understand and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if looking for somewhere to stay in Maidstone.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Bernadette was responsive and went over and above in accommodating my early flight arrival and late departure. The apartment had guests departing on my arrival but Leanne still managed to have it cleaned and ready for me to check in (early), thank you. If you are looking for a place that is literally 45mins from London (by train, station across the road), 5mins walk to Leigh Broadway with its shops and restaurants, and all the creature comforts of home, this is your place to stay.

Property exactly as advertised. Very clean and kitchen stocked up with basics, bedrooms nicely made up and living area comfortable and a good size for the 6 of us adults and 2 infants. Chichi even called and said she forgot to stock toothpaste and offered to bring it right over which was so lovely ! I gave the check in 5 stars because although we had trouble getting in, Chichi didn’t hesitate to come over immediately and rectify it which is exactly what you want when travelling with a small child. Would definitely stay again!

We had a comfortable stay at Claudia's apartment. It is a brand new development. Communication with Claudia was good with quick responses. We had a minor issue upon arrival which was solved fairly quickly following a call with Claudia. Also, the check in instructions could be a little clearer for which we have provided feedback so this should be better for anyone staying after us!

Yeti is the perfect host, so responsive and helpful and the place is ideally located for central Dartford and the station. Highly recommended to anyone passing through!
