Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Medulin

We spent a week at Antonio's. The place was extremely clean and looked even better than on the photos :) We were warmly welcomed. The location is great, we were at waterfalls etc. inland a lot, but also often on the beach. Everything is easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping are also nearby. The accommodation is quiet and you have privacy. We had a relaxing breakfast on the terrace every morning and sometimes saw a few animals such as rabbits in the field. The vacation was super relaxed accordingly! We have already recommended the place to our friends.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A beautiful and modern apartment. In the immediate vicinity you have a bakery that is within walking distance and in about 1.5 km you can buy your food at the lidl or plodine. The location of the apartment is very quiet. Air conditioning and washing machine are available, which was particularly important to us. On foot you can easily reach various beaches, so you are not necessarily dependent on the car. Parking is right by the house. The hostess is very very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment and the hostess:-)

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

A neat holiday home for Pula. Great communication with the hosts. It is slightly out of the center, so you’re best off with a car or Uber. Close to Verudela with nice beaches and the Aquarium.

We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Luka met us at the house where the car park is, drove us the short distance to vIlla Carera and showed us where everything was. The location was perfect - in the old town, lots to see nearby and a small supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The house had everything we could want and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden. Really highly recommend Villa Carera.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Great place, very clean and well decorated The landlord is a very nice and helpful person, you can always come back to him. Checking in and out was very easy and pleasant. All around a nice stay. Can only recommend it.

Amazing apartment very close to all key tourist spots of Pula. The apartment was very comfortable and had so many amenities. Recommend strongly for anyone looking for a stay in Pula.

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

Clean, luxurious villa with pool, private tennis court, sauna, pool table, foosball table, etc. Quality of the facility very satisfactory. Contact with host and villa manager quickly, comprehensively and warmly. By car in about 10 minutes in the city center and at all shopping facilities. Security deposit: For young groups (under 25 years), a deposit of EUR 1000.00 must be deposited (cash or credit card). This is only very hidden in the listing and was not communicated by the host until 1 day prior to arrival. Here we wanted more transparency before booking, as the age group for security deposits is not specified in the listing. (Only "young groups" in the listing) Villa and host highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Robert was very flexible with the arrive and departure time for us, we really appriciate that! If we needed him, he responded quick and gave us enough options for activities and restaurants.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

Fantastic villa and with Salvica also an excellent contact person on site! We were in the villa with a group of 8 people in mid-September and loved it. The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. Most of the time, however, we spent in the well-maintained outdoor area and especially at the pool. Overall, the accommodation offers plenty of space and many opportunities for creative leisure activities both indoors and out. Together with the perfect location on the outskirts of Pula, this place really left nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).
