House vacation rentals in Medulin

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Very nice house, looks exactly like the pictures. For a larger group or family perfect outdoor area for barbecuing together! We felt very comfortable and will come back again. Also very nice hosts and plenty of privacy

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. The communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. Overall, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the extension right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We will be back!

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Very professional and lovely outfit . We enjoyed all of our stay . All was there what we needed. Beach in short walking distance. Private parking is a plus. Well done there is a lot Of heart &pride in the decor and lay out .

We had a nice week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also thanks to the matching furnishings. Of course, you have to consider that it is an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With a crawling baby, the house proved to be not very suitable, as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, so there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace, just the right thing. The location as a whole is perfect for activities in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual), so you can cook relaxed. Communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key handover, is very nice.

Ana and her dad, who welcomed us, were amazing. They helped out in every situation and made this apartment really a home. We really liked it in Pula and enjoyed our time.

A great experience with the family and time to relax. Will definitely come again.

We spent our 1 week graduation trip at the den. We were 12 people and had more than enough space. The place was clean, we were received extremely friendly and everything went perfectly. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach and there are some good restaurants nearby. The cleaner for the pool and jacuzzi only came once a week instead of 2 times as agreed. But that's the only negative. We really enjoyed the week and had a perfect stay.

Everything was a great fit! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Location is great, everything within walking distance. There were technical difficulties that were attempted to be resolved. Very friendly and accommodating owners. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We had two wonderful weeks at Villa Miracle. Our supervisor Kristina always advised us well and gave us many tips and ideas. Although check-in is not until 4:00 pm, we were allowed to come early in the morning and store the groceries in the refrigerator. Also, thanks for the welcome gifts. It all looks like the photos. The pool is a great size and we have nothing to criticize. After a week, the beds were even freshly made and fresh towels were brought. We personally gave Kristina a few suggestions for the future, which mainly concern an increase in the kitchen inventory. Everything was to our complete satisfaction and we would come back any time.

Our holiday at Vilavil was fantastic; a beautiful villa in a secluded location - only a few farmers for neighbours occasionally. The villa sits in an olive grove and no one passes by, yet you are only 5 or 10 mins from great beaches and restaurants, 15 minutes from Pula and you can day-trip to Italy in 90 minutes. The villa itself is comfortable and well equipped; a lovely shaded dining area outside and a great size pool. - a fantastic property!

Very nice tastefully decorated villa with pool. The kitchen or house is fully equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine and air conditioning in every room. The property is closed, which is pleasant for dog owners. Outside there is a foosball table , ping pong table and a dart board so there is no boredom. Plenty of seating and lounging options by the pool. There is an outdoor fireplace for the barbecue fans, but the barbecue area is not adjustable in height. Visnja greeted us personally and explained everything and gave a lot of useful information and was always available for questions. We will keep the holiday in good memory.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ivica and his wife and felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the house is superbly furnished, very clean, there was as described a private bathroom for each area, toothbrushes, toiletries, iron and hairdryer. The fridge was filled with various drinks and fruit. 5 min from the house was Lidl and another supermarket where you could shop. It was a great stay, thanks Ivica

Beautiful house in a peaceful location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a really great week!

Actually, at least six out of five stars would be justified - Marijana's house is very tasteful and renovated with a lot of love, excellently furnished in all areas and super cozy. Marijana took care of us touchingly, gave us many valuable and great tips, as a hostess she is just perfect! We will definitely be back!
