Apartment vacation rentals in Medulin

A brilliant apartment. I visited on my motorcycle, and there was plenty of room to park it and it felt safe and secure. The pictures are accurate, and it had everything needed to self-cater. Incredibly clean. Fridge, washing machine, cooker etc. On that note, it’s a 20-25 minute walk to the harbour where the majority of the restaurants are. It’s downhill all the way - the obvious drawback being coming back to the apartment is all up! Close to decent supermarkets (maybe 5 minute walk at a relaxed pace). Medulin itself has a lovely relaxed vibe. I’d visit Medulin again and I will definitely stay here if I do.

The four of us had a wonderful vacation in Medulin. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The stairs and balcony chairs are more suitable for people with a narrow build. From Medulin you have many opportunities to visit beautiful natural beaches. We especially liked Kamenjak.

There were three of us (small family) at Sanela's accommodation for 10 days. It corresponded to all as indicated. The accommodation is very large and spacious. It is located in a quiet location. Restaurants, bars, bakeries and the beach are easily accessible on foot (5-10 min). Communication with her went great. She responded quickly and gave tips for excursions and the area. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment well furnished with everything needed in case you want to cook at home. Spacious and clean and just 10 mins walk from Bijeca beach and Medulin center. Well, we needed a sandy beach and there are not many in Croatia.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating at all times. My partner and I immediately felt good. In addition, shortly after arrival, we got recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The location of the house is very good. You can walk to the beach within a few minutes. In addition, bicycles were provided to us for free. We can highly recommend the accommodation. If we are in Medulin again, we will definitely choose this place again.

Our family enjoyed the vacation, it was a great time for us. This part of Medulin is family friendly and peaceful. I liked the peninsula near to the apartman. Google maps showed 'Plaza Burle' strand, but it is rather a harbor. We walked to Bijeca strand many times. It's not too far, but not too close neither. I can recommend this apartman for families.

The place matches the pictures on the listing. The host was flexible when we arrived and flexible about the checkout time. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and juice which made us feel like a busy trip. Apartment spacious, quiet surroundings, center nearby ( 10 min ) easy walk, possibility of using the yard - trampoline and sledge table, and chairs in the yard. The host also prepared the players for the kid

Zlatko's apartment is located in a quiet area, away from the main road. It is spotless and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A big advantage is a large terrace where you can admire the starry sky at night or spend lazy days under an umbrella. Access to the pool keeps you cool on hot days. I would recommend this place.

Renata and Renato are two very nice and courteous people. Thanks for a great time, even though the weather wasn't always the best. Despite the weather, you managed to give us a vacation feeling and relaxation with your hospitality (delicious cake and wine). We hope to see Buddy again next time. Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

Definitely recommend! Quiet location close enough to the center, close to groceries and fresh pastries. Recommendations from Maja were exactly what we needed..food, beach, trips.. The communication with Maja was amazing.. kind, accommodating.. I hope to see you again!

The apartment is superb, very well equipped, clean, with a good location in the city center of Medulin. We did everything on foot. The beach is suitable for children (the sea is not deep and there is sand). Regarding the apartment, really nothing to say. The only small downside, a nightclub open until 4:00 am in the proximity that finally didn't bother us more than that. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Beautiful, clean accommodation. The sea is about 400 m, to the store 500 m. Beautiful strategic place. The host has always been helpful and I really appreciate self check-in. Thank you :-)

We would like to rate Ms. Vlasta's place 5 stars. We found apartment no. 3 on the 2nd floor clean. What we particularly liked was that fresh bed linen and shower/hand towels were provided every week. Washing machine, dishwasher, small coffee maker, everything there. We only prepared breakfast, but think that everything else is sufficient in terms of dishes and cooking pots. We would also like to thank Ms. Vlasta again for the delicious plum cake. (The hospitality we experience again and again is something very special!) Thanks also to the very nice lady from the property management! Travelers by car will find beautiful beaches and bays nearby. Shopping on foot, restaurants are also not far and within walking distance. Conclusion: It works! Oh yes, we slept very well, no disturbance in the house, thanks to the nice guests, we would also like to mention that. Warm regards to Liznjan

We had an absolutely wonderful four-day stay at this lovely place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the apartment was sparkling clean, extremely well‑equipped, and felt like a true home away from home. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and thoughtful, making sure we lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. A real standout was the proximity to the gorgeous Mala Draga Bay. We spent countless blissful hours soaking up the sun, swimming in the crystal‑clear water, and simply unwinding. That peaceful seaside atmosphere truly made our vacation unforgettable. We highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable getaway. Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. Particularly beautiful was the fenced garden, where our dog could move freely. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The appartment was perfect, spacious and modern. It had everything we needed and was spotless clean. There was a terrace with beautiful sea view and a grill. Just to mention that there was air conditioning in the living room and dining room, but not in the rooms which was a little downside. Ariana responded super fast everytime I had some questions and she provided some recommendations for beaches and tried to help us with everything. Beach was around 20-30 mins walk, but we were always by car since we wanted to see other places. The beach has a great variety of Beach bars and there’s a shade under the trees. However, I recommend to visit other beaches in the area with much more crystal clear water (Premantura, Medulin pebble beach). You can get to small Island Levan by Boat taxi for just 6€. There’s also a bakery right across the street and 3 restaurants close by, but you need to book a table 1 day in advance as they get pretty full every day during the season.

Had the most beautiful and relaxing experience. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to local beaches. Very proactive, reaching to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

Great location and lovely apartment

Very nice quiet house in a beautiful garden. The pool is obviously a plus, but above all we thank Ivana's parents for their welcome and their discreet attention to us: fruits from the garden, wine and olive oil from their production, eggs from the henhouse... Thank you for their charming hospitality. Our stay was so great that we plan to come back next year, that's all there is to say!
